Having them come to me makes things easier, and each time their detailer (first Elvis, and then Terrence) spent several hours giving the kind of thorough attention I can't. I also appreciate that their packages were flexible. I cared more about the inside of the car, so I opted for a silver level interior clean and then added on handling child car seats. Our seats aren't particularly gross, but I appreciated getting them vacuumed up and tidied, and not having to remove the seats prior to the service. Check out the pictures. Would you believe this is a 20 year-old car? Just because a car is old doesn't mean it can't look its best. I chose Signature Detailers because of the convenience of having our car detailed where we live. Our detailer was right on-time and got to work. We opted for the Gold level package as this car hadn't ever gone through a really deep cleaning in our 6 years of owning it. The carpets and mats needed a washing and the exterior of the car hadn't been washed/clay barred/polished in a few years. There's no visible rust on the car, so keeping the paint sealed was a priority. The chemicals they use are great; no leftover greasy residue, no off-gassing onto the inside of the windows, and no overbearing fragrances. Signature beat their quote of 4-5 hours by about a half hour. The work is very thorough. Of course there are spots here and there that I cleaned up with a microfiber towel. Speaking from years of experience detailing cars myself, you never get every bit of polish or every streak the first time. I was particularly impressed with them being able to get rid of an oil stain in the trunk I had tried to remove several times. Their pricing is extremely competitive. I looked at about a dozen or so other detailers in the DMV region, both mobile and traditional detailers, and Signature offers the most services for the least amount of money. read more

Our new car was covered in some kind of calcium and mineral deposits that had dripped from the parking garage roof onto our car over a 2 week period when we were out of town. The chalky white stuff was all over - and on the windows especially. After searching for mobile detailers, I chose Signature. They had several packages. The best part is they would detail my car in my area. I live in Maplelawn and this is the only detailer that services my area and had the options I wanted. They have detailed my car only a few times but each time my car looks like it did when I purchased it. My last appointment Jasmine came to detail my car and she was thorough!!!!! I had been on the road traveling. When I returned home I had bugs all over my car, a lot of black stuff on the underbody and dirt from driving through the mountains in the rain.
