My car was still pretty grimy from being shipped cross country this past winter and it had some paint scrapes from about 10 years ago. I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) I brought in a car for an exterior detail and paint touch up. I inherited the car from an elderly relative that had been having trouble avoiding parking garage posts and had also hit something that caused the front bumper to have a gash and start coming off. I really just hoped that we could scrub off the tree grime from where the car had been sitting, and maybe cover up a paint spot to prevent rust, but District Detail went above and beyond my expectations. They also helped remove a thick sticker and other adhesive that was on the car. The area with the yellow paint and rust prevention looks miles better, and they even were able to reattach the bumper which ended up saving me a ton of $$ on having to buy a totally new one. Part of me wishes I didn't have to write this review- after not owning a car for 15 years I finally bought my first new car in decades and within the first few days put a giant scratch in the side of my new Tesla Model Y trying to maneuver in my garage. I recently got a new car and after reading way too many forum posts on the best way to preserve/enhance factory paint, I decided to get a ceramic coating on it. Called District Detail to get some road paint that I drove through off the side of my car. I had tried a few times myself and was not able to remove the paint. I took it to a couple of other detailers who told me some crazy exorbitant price or others who said they would get back to me but never got back to me. Steven came out and gave me the best price and we scheduled the service. He came out and worked very hard to get all the paint off of my vehicle and to detail the outside. When he was done the job, all of the paint was off the vehicle and there was no damage to the paint. My car has never shined line it has when Steven detailed the outside. Between long road trips, street parking, hauling stuff, and a toddler in the car - our Forester was in desperate need of a wash (inside AND out!).
