It was evident that Isidro had put a lot of time and effort into the job, and I was extremely pleased with the finished product. Okay, so.. I called 2 days before Thanksgiving and asked if they had any availability soon to do interior detailing on one sedan and one truck​. After asking me questions and being very polite and friendly, I found out I could do interior and exterior of both for just a little bit more, so I said sure thing! He told me they would come out Thanksgiving morning between 8am and 10am and get them done! They gave me a quote that was very fair, (if not maybe a little under priced since they come to you!) and said they would also give me an extra 20% discount as a holiday promotion! He texted me at 8:01pm (they close at 8,) and confirmed my appointment with me, and told me the detailer would call me morning of. Fast forward to this morning, where he called me at 7:45am to let me know he would be here in about 20-30 minutes, and then arrived perfectly on time. The detailer was professional, friendly, and kind, and they did an incredible job on my car. I had some calcium on one of my door exteriors as well as dog hair and various salt spots, all of which was completely cleaned, and they finished off with full leather protectant and thoroughly cleaned every inch. Orion did an outstanding job detailing my very, very dirty suv. (I'm not the driver of this car;)). Their communication was excellent. They returned my call; followed up with texts; were clear about their services and prices. When the weather was uncooperative, they rescheduled me for two days later. Their detailer Elvis called ahead of time to lmk he was on his way. He showed up on time. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Just had a Five Star Detail service yesterday. Right off the bat, I was very impressed with how easy the online scheduling was. Then came the very prompt confirmation and replies to my questions. The day of the appointment, Elvis came to service my Tesla Model X. The car wasn't overly dirty; I just needed a thorough detailing, because I just took over ownership from family member and might consider selling. Elvis set to work 4 hours straight even though he said it should take just 2.5 hours. He was courteous to me and careful around the car while he worked. I was thoroughly impressed. I had an exterior detailing done today by Orion Auto Detailing, and I couldn't be happier! All in all these guys are absolutely solid. It was super easy to schedule, management was very communicative and they were super flexible with scheduling. I booked an appointment for at-home detailing of my car's interior after I spilled a big pan of chili on the floor of the car.
