Even though everything had been properly approved in advance -- tickets purchased and authorization granted to travel with my 5 cats (for 2 passengers) -- I was suddenly told by the attendant, Misung, that I could only bring two bags. There was no clear explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. It honestly left me wondering: was I expected to leave one of my animals behind at the airport? What was even worse was the complete lack of professionalism. In addition to her dismissive attitude, she and another attendant were seen laughing about the situation, as shown in the video. It was public, unnecessary, and deeply humiliating. This is a paid service, and basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum standard which was clearly not the case. I am sharing this video to document what happened and to warn others. Situations like this should not be normalized

At first, we had passes from our friends, but we're not on their list of authorized users, and we weren't allowed access. We were given the option to pay over $59 to get in. My friend found some passes on her account and we got in! I wouldn't pay that much even though we were there for hours... and even though we had a chance to try the breakfast and lunch items. We did use the restroom and I even got a short nap! The breakfast included fried eggs, sausage, toast, coffee dispenser, fruits, yogurt, granola, and more. Lunch items were things like green salads, sandwiches, wraps, cookies, and a pho bar. The robot helped a lot! It came by several times and we placed our used utensils, dishes, and trash on its shelves. I'm happy we had a safe, clean place to hang out. Thanks for feeding us!

I told her I was stuck without a way to reach someone to resolve the matter. She said I could only use the online chat. I told her that didn't get me anywhere that's why I traveled all the way to the airport. She started helping another customer instead. I waited and showed her the response I received online and described how that wasn't helpful. She said she couldn't help me and to wait for 90 days to see if I get another response. I couldn't use TSA for that trip.

The terminals at SFO have the following gates: Terminal 1: B and C gates Terminal 2: D gates Terminal 3: E and F gates International Terminal: A and G gates The Delta Sky Club here in Terminal 1 (next to Gate C3) is good, not great, though keep in mind SFO is not a Delta hub (it's a United hub). I don't recall ever having an issue with security here. On our last trip through Terminal 1 earlier this month, we used CLEAR+ with TSA PreCheck and got through very fast (a few minutes).

Gian asked "how did you get here?!" in a rude tone, scolds us like children, and sends us to "Marcus" who, after Gian yells to him, also scolds us in an incredibly rude and demeaning manner. He then apologizes in a loud voice to other passengers that we "cut the line" when we ended up exactly behind the same passengers we entered the line with. Needless to say, Gian and Marcus are two of the biggest buffoons I've met, and there have been many. Gian should prioritize working, and spend some time on fixing her grill. Marcus should get a clue before he scolds people when he is totally wrong in the first place, then maybe look into moving out of his parents basement. Worth noting my companion and I are on the way to a funeral and this was a terrible way to start what would be an extremely challenging day.
