Scheduled a mobile appointment 3 days in advance. They give you a 5-hour window - totally fine. I plan my day accordingly. The 5 hour window comes and goes. No call, no text, no nothing.. I then contact the main customer service center and spoke to a representative (after getting through their useless AI assistannt) who then contacts the local repair shop (the one I'm writing this review for) who apparently advised her that it's not looking good for today and that the technician got backed up and that it might be best for me to reschedule. Yep - that' s what I did.. with a completely different company altogether. Thanks Nathanial for being assigned to my repair and not having the decency to call or text giving me a heads up that you're running behind.. I saved you the trip altogether..
