I wonder what happened to my last review, but somehow it's gone after an unsuccessful attempt to get me to delete my poor review over the phone! Couldn't believe he actually called me for that purpose!!! I told him he was nuts and a total jerk. I still cannot believe he has such great reviews, I can only assume they're fake.. He's cocky and disrespectful to his staff and patients alike. This "dentist" treated me like I was buying a car. He was condescending towards me when I asked questions and he treats his staff like absolute garbage! He seems to get off on being the boss. It's actually sickening to experience. If I could give 100 stars I would. When I first went for my consultation I knew immediately I was coming back to have treatment. Normally going to the dentist I have anxiety and I hated going. However I now look forward to my dental appointments. Dr. Shah is hilarious to start, I have never laughed that much while someone was drilling my teeth. Not only that he really cares about you as a patient and it shows. He immediately had a plan that was affordable and would drastically change my smile for the better. I am 100% happy with treatment I've received so far. I have more treatment to come and I can honestly say I am looking forward to it. I only went to this place because of a "grant program" that referred me to this office. Dr. Shah was terribly condescending and sarcastic towards me and treats his staff like they are beneath him. I felt like he was trying to sell me a car, and I was just some clueless customer who'd be impressed by his fast talk. I tried to request my x-rays and they wanted to charge me $250! The staff, though, was pleasant, efficient and treated me nicely. I cannot believe that he has a 5 star rating; he must be paying for it. Stay away! read more

You want a five-star, trustworthy, compassionate, knowledgeable, kind dentist with a good sense of humor? Dr. Shah is your guy - no question, no hesitation, just Make an Appointment! As you will see on all of these other reviews, he does beautiful work, his prices are fair, his office is clean, staff team are respectful and he is completely transparent - no surprise costs, no added fees - what he tells you is what it is. Period. The entire staff team are amazing. They are all supportive and respectful, even when they are extra busy. The schedules are always on time and I have never had to wait. On my first appointment, he looked me in the eye and confidently told me that I would never feel pain because if I did, that would mean he failed at his job. As a woman who has dreaded dental appointments her entire life, for the first time ever, that dread and fear was put to rest. He is a man of his word, I never felt an ounce of pain during the two years it took to complete all of the work. Dr Shah is also always positive and upbeat. In this line of work, affect and demeanor are critical when it comes to putting your patients at ease. He does this effortlessly. One more important thing to mention. Where I live, I pass 5 - 10 dental offices on a daily basis and yet I travel over an hour to see Dr Shah. Every single minute of driving is worth it because the dental journey he and I have traveled together has been unexpectedly and unbelievably amazing. I couldn't have been happier to find the best dentist in my life! After having a lot of problems with my teeth starting at age 3 I've been through a lot of dentists orthodontists oral surgeons and more. Dr. Shah and his professional kind caring staff put you at ease in their beautiful welcoming office. Everything is clearly explained in full detail including the dental work, insurance coverages and cost out of pocket. I've been pressured by dentists before to preform unnecessary work but Dr. Shah is knowledgeable in his craft and provides care with the upmost respect and honesty. He always has a smile on his face and his staff reflects his same warm and compassionate nature. Being a nurse I am always conscience how sterile or clean a place is where I am receiving care. I couldn't find anything that made me feel uneasy at all. The office is brightly lit and their equipment is fitted with the latest technology. His hours are so convenient, I've never met a dentist to be open on Saturday & Sunday! You even get a text confirmation prior to the appointment! With my busy schedule it helps! Dr. Shah even called me personally and checked in after I had a root canal done to make sure I was feeling ok! I have recommended him already to all my friends and family and will continue to do so! Dr. Shah at Signiture Smiles and his staff are the best. From the moment I met him I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the work I needed. To ease my worries there is a tv in the room or the radio on which I love. It takes my mind off whats being done. I also love the fact he talks to you throughout the procedures. I never feel rushed...he answers all questions in detail. He works with you on different paymemt plans which definately took the stress away. His hours really accomodate people. Dr. Shah and his staff are so warm and welcoming! The office is very clean and organized. Location-wise there is a ton of parking. My cleaning was extremely thorough AND everything was done in one visit which made it super convenient for my busy schedule. Their hours of operation are also very convenient as they can accommodate nights and weekends for those who don't have much flexibility.
