Just had an awesome experience with Eddie and CJ with Signature Window Cleaners. First great experience was with John, the head honcho who I was dealing with for the quote and scheduling. I prefer texting and his response time was on point for my taste....and his quote seemed reasonable especially for a first house owner who never expected to hire and budget for window cleaners. CJ and Eddie arrived as scheduled and got my windows sparking clean in no time at all. They were friendly and yet still professional. I think I've just gotten spoiled and plan to budget in and have regular window cleaning services from now on. :) read more

BEWARE! Signature Windows sent two young men to our house in Santa Monica Canyon, who I could tell early on were not expert in their area when one of them was splashing water on our wood floors and did not seem to plan to clear it up. But when they called us to our deck where they had scratched every one of our perspex windows with wire wool sponges, we were also all modified. They had demolished every inch of them front and back. When we called John at the company, he said their insurance would pay for it - AND THEN EVADED OUR EVERY CALL AND COMMUNICATION from that point forward. We are trying to sue them - but we have discovered they have moved their entity out of state - to avoid us (and likely other clients who have had similar issues). As you cannot do small claims out of state. Really sad to have to write this - but if they do not honor their work - I do not see how we can not protect and inform others in our neighborhood. We have a three-story house and lots of windows facing the ocean that get really slammed with bird stuff. They worked to get all the sticky stuff off. They cleaned all the insides and outsides of the windows. They were professional, on time and reasonably priced. My windows have never been so clean. It's easy to communicate and schedule. Found them on YELP and now returning the favor. These are the people to hire. I read positive reviews and called them to clean a modern house with tons of huge windows. Alex is very friendly on the phone, efficient and fast with an estimate. Prices are very reasonable. The crew came out on time (even a bit early) and did a perfect job. The guys were really nice and cheerful. I realized late that I also needed to have window screens made frame and all. More BEWARE Time: See his response to my review and then read below. If you don't use blades, why didn't you say that immediately when shown the damages? Why did you call me later, say you spoke to the workers and they said 'we didn't use blades in that part of the house' so you won't pay for damages? That contradicts your claim. And why didn't they come to court to tell that to judge? Were they afraid to commit perjury? I hadn't had other contractors to the house for many, many months and my gardener comes every Tuesday and would have found any discarded blades. Nice 'spin' attempt but we both know the truth. My claim was within the Statute of Limitations yet you still could have looked to your insurance company but didn't. Very odd. The 'Judge' wasn't one. He was a Judge Pro Tem and part of the Temporary Judge Program. As he stated, he's a mediator and believes that when both parties leave unhappy, he's done a good job. He didn't. If he believed you there would have been NO award. Sin, Spin, Spin. I discussed his award with two golfing buddy lawyers, one of which is a professor of law at Pepperdine University and he said it makes no sense but SH#T like this happens in Small Claims Court. And now you're upset and humiliated because I ATTACHED YOUR WELLS FARGO BANK ACCOUNT TO COLLECT ON THE MONEY I WAS AWARDED PLUS COSTS and you have a judgment on your record for public review forever. Also, if you'd simply paid the judges award you'd have saved Writ of Execution fees etc. But you wanted to stiff me and that didn't work. Excessive spin again when blaming your high price on post construction work. You never came to my house, simply quoted a price over the phone after pulling a picture up on Google and then the issue came up when your workers arrived. Spin, Spin, Spin. New Fleetwood sliding doors and connected fixed window units damaged by your careless workers as they were the first ones to clean them after installation. No honor or honesty so to the public, I again say BEWARE. Very bad experience from cleaning windows to paying the court's award to spinning the facts. You could be next so you've been warned. read more

Alex sent 3 men to work on the outside, inside, and screens and they did the most thorough, professional job I could possibly ask for. I hired Signature for rain gutter cleaning. They showed up pretty much as I was told and the two workman worked hard at the job. Unfortunately, they left my house and garden extremely dirty after the gutter cleaning. BUT, I do love stand-up people, and when John, the owner, heard my complaints, he immediately apologized and told me he would return my payment in full. This all happened today and I fully expect him to issue the refund. Yan had the guys, Eddie and Victor, do my job. They were at my home once before and did a terrific job. Trust them implicitly and the screens and windows are sparkling when they leave. I had a slight issue with the cleaning of my interior French doors. They had always been done before, but Eddie thought they were not included in the bid. I am the Treasurer for our HOA. This is the 3rd year of hiring this company. Apparently, there are new owners, or so we were told by the workers. The workers were horrible. They did sloppy work on my windows and simply didn't replace any furniture they had to move to get access to my windows. I have one slatted window that they completely skipped. I had to ask them to return to clean my patio door windows, which they had skipped...but had cleaned the windows adjacent to those doors. They waited (did not do the outside 136 windows on 2 stories) all morning just to wait for a manager (me) to give them access to the 17 homeowners condominium units. I am not a manager and this is a condominium complex. There was no discussion when hiring this company this year about an ownership change or that access was required to the 17 units. The workers sat around all morning waiting for a manager (me) instead of completing the access they had to the pool glass or the front lobby area. When I arrived at 1:00 pm they were in their truck, having lunch and when I told them who I was...they said they only work from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. When they realized they would not be getting access to 17 homeowners homes...they complained about issues removing the window screens from the outside. I reminded the workers that for the past 3 years, removing aluminum window screens was never an issue with the workers. After going back and forth with the owner over the phone, then the 2 workers were told to clean our pool glass and front lobby windows at about 3 pm which they did sloppily and left window streaks. They promptly left at 5:00 pm. We are in dispute over their invoice and the crappy service provided by the workers. read more

I called Signature Window Cleaning to clean our skylights. They arrived promptly and completed the job with no hassle. Since they couldn't reach a couple of skylights that open to the outside due to the screens, they went up on the roof to clean them. And they cleaned the screens inside as well. I expected a mess, so I covered the counter tops below, and was glad I did, since quite a bit of dirt falls down when we clean. Would highly recommend this service. read more
