I said I think the bar code is in the box, as I thought it was the RMA slip. She gave me the blank look, and I got the message, "You're not getting any help from me, get out". I walked out of the store and asked myself, what just happened. All I need is to open up the package and get the barcode and reseal with a bit of tape. But after that frosty exchange I didn't want to go back in and ask or purchase tape, so I went over to Raleys and got some tape. I brought it back to Mail Biz and sent off the package. She failed to do that the 1st time and when I went back with my fiance she tried to charge him another $15. When I asked why he had to pay again when they did it wrong the first time she raised her voice and got super aggressive. Anyone who needs a notary check with your bank before going there. Banks typically do it for free anyway.
