First time in to send a fedex package. The (presumed) owner lady took one look at the package and said she needs barcode to scan not QR code. I said I think the bar code is in the box, as I thought it was the RMA slip. She gave me the blank look, and I got the message, "You're not getting any help from me, get out". I walked out of the store and asked myself, what just happened. All I need is to open up the package and get the barcode and reseal with a bit of tape. But after that frosty exchange I didn't want to go back in and ask or purchase tape, so I went over to Raleys and got some tape. I brought it back to Mail Biz and sent off the package. Wasn't a friendly experience and I won't be back. read more

The lady that works there and notarizes documents is extremely rude and unprofessional. Having been a notary myself in the past, you are taught in notary school to have the person signing the document sign it exactly how their name is printed. She failed to do that the 1st time and when I went back with my fiance she tried to charge him another $15. When I asked why he had to pay again when they did it wrong the first time she raised her voice and got super aggressive. Anyone who needs a notary check with your bank before going there. Banks typically do it for free anyway. read more

Upsetting with this location. Different online sources stating different times. We rushed here thinking it was before 3. After coming here several times trying to get one package. Today we knocked on the door to see if she could've assisted us. She was doing nothing but sitting on butt on her phone. When we continued Knocking she yelled "WHAT". I was honestly upset after that situation and just left. How embarrassing is that for you being so rude. I'm completely disgusted with this lady and this location. Mail Biz Etc - Rude owner - Shipping Centers Near Me - Loomis, California

This place is a nightmare, I live in Peryn. I was returning (or trying to return) shirts I'd bought online. I printed the return label provided by the seller. Having package the return and attaching the return label I went to MailBizEtc in Loomis only to be told additional info would be needed because the return was going to Canada. Long story short I tried to jump thru their requirements only to return a second time to find it still wasn't good enough (insufficient info). I took the package to a UPS store and the parcel was finally shipped without issue. My replacement shirts are now finally on their way.... What really boiled by blood was that the info/packet mailbizetc said was "required" on my parcel was opened by them when I brought it back the second time to have it shipped and they again found it incomplete!!!! I've been a customer here for over 6 years. They do a great job at this location at communicating about delivered packages. I also have done live scans here, passport pictures and even bought some DO gear back in the day when my son went to school there. Yesterday I mailed a package via USPS. I lost the receipt. I called and Holly found the tracking number in 5 minutes and emailed it to me. Its a great place to send packages because they do Fed Ex, UPS and USPS and can check the rates on each one for you , plus they don't yell at you like the Post Office if the package isn't addressed in advance lol. I have used this very friendly family run business for the past two years. They are very dedicated to their customers and eager to help in any way possible. I have found if they can not do something they will even give me multiple referrals to choose from who can. I am very appreciative that they are understanding and practice a no pressure approach to a very personal issue I have of facial coverings. As a trauma victim I suffer greatly with the imposed mask implementation. It brings on panic attacks that is also exaggerated by a case of COPD to the point of becoming incoherent and passing out. I thank you for allowing me to practice my Constitutional Rights as well as allowing a sense of normalcy during this overbearing pandemic. If I could give this 0 stars I would! This place is over priced and slow as molasses! I get flyers all the time from them to shop local in Loomis at their store. I don't think I'll be bringing any business again. I went in to have 7 pages of important paperwork faxed due to my fax machine at home not working. They have a sign above the counter that says $.49 cents per page for fax. The woman working in there said its $1.00 per page for a fax, I said I thought it was $.49 cents. The woman says that's if you spend $50.00 in the store. So I send 8 pages and she charges me $9.00. Not sure what the extra dollar was for? Are we charging tax on faxes now? The receipt says tax was not charged. So it cost $9.00 to put 8 pages in a fax machine. This is a fax we didn't use any paper! The receipt I received was a joke also it doesn't say what anything was for. I did not receive a credit card receipt either. A lot of ranting for a $9.00 fax but Sheesh! Highway robbery! I'll be going outside my hometown for all of my mail box etc needs. Shame that places like this that are misleading and over charging here in our little town of Loomis. Needless to say I will not be going back. I'll go broke! read more

Worst customer service I've experienced in years. The woman behind the counter seemed clearly annoyed that I had come in 10 minutes before closing time. I explained that I needed to ship a large western saddle ASAP. She said that I needed the measurements so I went back out to the car and lugged it in. I barely fit through the door with no help from them. Did I mention I had a splint on one hand? Would have been nice if we could have just measured it at the car. I was then quoted $160 to ship it to the Orville area. I was in shock and horror. So I asked if I could just buy a box from her. She said yes but then she said no and then she said maybe her husband could make one up for me the next day for $10. But she wasn't sure about any of this and the box might be as much as $35. I was told I could leave my very expensive saddle over in the corner on the floor till he came in the next day to decide if he could do this or not. I said no thank you and struggled back out the door with again no help. In desperation I drove across the street to Raleys and found a large box in the dumpster and went home and made a box up myself. I shipped it the next day via USPS for about $30. I feel like she was slyly trying to squeeze every cent she could from me. I never did hear a straight answer in our entire conversation. I'll never know if she was trying to gouge me or just inept because I'm never going back. Couldn't even hold the door for me?! Wow read more
