I had the pleasure of having Jacqueline Rubsam, NP visit me as my home healthcare provider. I would like to stop seeing both my pulmonologist and primary care doctors and schedule a monthly health visit with her. She is not only knowledgeable and professional she is a real down to earth lady. I think they should change her title NP to GLMD. Thats Good Looking Medical Doctor. She was more helpful with the information she related to me than anyone I've seen medical in the last 2 years. If had been seeing her 10 years ago I wouldn't be in the medical condition I am in now. The clinician who performed my home virtual visit was a foreigner with a very heavy accent. At first we experienced audio difficulties and her video showed only a partial view of her face. She had no personality and a lack of bedside manner. When we sorted out the audio, she turned off her video, so now I couldn't see her at all. Her accent made it very hard to understand and with only part of her face showing at first (and later nothing visible), I couldn't use her mouth as a visual cue to figure out what she was asking. She repeated several of her questions (as if she had forgotten that she had asked them of me) and asked for clarification on some of my answers....responses which were relatively simple and straightforward, but she couldn't understand. Overall, I found the whole session very frustrating. While it may help some members, I truly believe my blood pressure increased during the call. It was a waste of my time. read more

Beware.... Nurse showed up to check out my brother with ALL THE WRONG INFORMATION!! And all they had was awful stuff.. When asking the nurse questions he stumbled over his answers and couldn't get out of house fast enough.. put a heart monitor my brother to wear for 2 weeks and his reason was " if my brother has scan at dr and its fine but he has episode in parking lot they need something to compare it too!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! They left no paperwork... When I texted nurse after he left never replied.... Absolutely shady beware!!! And to Signify dont reply with the typical "We are sorry to hear " how about you do better and get it right your messing with peoples health here... read more

They came and did a home examination, took urine sample. On Dec 31 I was told there is a problem with my kidneys but won't tell me the problem. They said they will fax my doctor and he should get it within 3 days and I would get an email. I have to call now 7 times every time I call they have the wrong fax number for doctors office. Every time they said they correct it and every time it takes another 3 days Well I have called 5 times and every time they said I am not the one that said that I promise I will fix it. I asked for a supervisor but nobody calls me back. I asked to get the doctor to give me my results again no one contacts me Am told something wrong with my kidneys so each day it could get worse and no one helps. My doctor can't do the test because it can only be done once a quarter, so I have to wait 3 months These people came from my medical Humana and I called them with no help from them. read more

They ask your primary care to follow the labs they ordered....really?! They hire physicians who have not finished residency or have no plans to finish residency. For two years now Hienok Hailu has come to our house, and we've had such exceptional experiences! He is polite, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We really like our regular doctors, but Nurse Practitioner Hailu is more thorough than any of them. He takes his time to check so many details, and then patiently explains why he asks the questions he does, and makes sure we understand why we are taking the medications prescribed to us. He also politely gave us suggestions to keep our health. After last year's visit we requested him this year, and we will do the same again next year. read more

Can't speak to the quality of care since nobody ever showed up for my In Home visit both times. People in the office were ok and apologized for the issues and the last person told me that all appointments had been cancelled for 6/20/2025. Continues to harass me on the phone. I have a primary care physician my wife's occupational therapist and I have a nurse who is right next-door to me. I have no need for any of the services they are offering. I simply told him that five different times after. After calling member services, they transferred me around and around and around pitching me and re-pitching me, but refusing to remove my number. All I can say is if a company has this lack of regard for somebody and causing them as much stress and stress, I would be nervous how their healthcare could possibly be. On two different occasions I made appointments with Signify Health for a home health care visit. On both occasions, after taking off work, they did not show up and never bothered to call. I believe this to be a very poorly run company and is a scam in my opinion. It's always worse with this company and if I could give them zero stars I would. They pressured us to make another appointment for my mother. Again, they never gave my email to the first doctor and that is supposed to go into the notes. I couldn't get help when we didn't get a message from the doctor because they scheduled us when they were closed. I told them that they didn't give the doctor my email, they did it again. I made sure they scheduled us during their working hours, they attempted to call just to remind me of the appointment, but I couldn't get to the phone in time, it was an hour later that I realized it was for this company, because they pretend to be Humana, they aren't. Guess what they didn't do for my 2pm appointment for my mom? They didn't email me the link. They didn't email me at all since August for the first meeting that we missed because of their mistakes. A waste of time. After the insurance wellness appointments with a nurse and a doctor's annual physical this service in intrusive and not helpful. A follow up call was made on how my checkup call went with noise in the background and asking personal information from a person i did not know. Unprofessional and upsetting. read more

I set up an appointment for a home health visit. The rep asked about my wife scheduling too. I said sure. The rep then mixed up all of our information so that my wife, who didn't want an appointment, was scheduled and I wasn't. It took 3 phone calls to get the account info correct. THEN, they finally scheduled my appointment and promised a $75.00 gift card. The person who visited was terrific. BUT, I never received the card. My wife then, promised a $75.00 card, made an appointment. The person who came out told her she had kidney disease because of a specific count* being over 90. The fact is that count over 90 means things are ok. it's only when it's under 40 that that is a problem. She never received her gift card either. No wonder people are hesitant to schedule a healthy home visit. If this is the company who is providing services for my Medicare Advantage provider next year, neither of us will do a healthy home visit. read more

They bug you to schedule an appointment and don't show and no call from provider to let you know they are late or not coming. I had a scheduled appt window of 3 hours 9am - 12pm today 06/19/25. Had to call Signify 4 times to make sure they were coming and they lied and said they would reach out to the provider to have them call me. That apparently can't happen because the call center can't contact them directly, So I call the 4th time and recorded the call on my phone and wanted to talk to a supervisor. I was put on hold and the person who answered canceled the appointment as I was on the phone. What a lousy organization. read more

Jacqueline Rubsam Nurse Practitioner in home wellness visit through Medicare insurance provider. I didn't have expectations other than to get through it. I was pleasantly surprised as she provided value with suggestions and helpful information. She brought up side effects to some of my meds and how to deal with them in a positive way. Also, I had a total knee replacement 8 months ago and I still have some healing issues. She explained what was going on and how to work on improving the recovery. Signify Health is a useless organization, which while offering no value, actually does damage. I have Aetna Medicare Advantage. Aetna wanted me to schedule a physical/health assessment with Signify Health. The assessment was useless, offering no information that my PCP hasn't already gone over or provided. On top of that, the Nurse Practioner SEEMED totally uneducated with no experience. After the assessment concluded, the nurse chose to immediately violate patient confidentiality and violate my HIPAA. The "treatment" they provided is more damaging than the condition. BEWARE and run as fast as you can. read more

When we called to ask what's going on - no one could give any clear answer, except suggesting to go on with our day. They robo call you relentlessly, like every single day, multiple times. This goes on for weeks if you do not pick up. If you pick up and tell them to put you on their do not call list, they keep calling you anyway. It's like they are stalking you. At this point there's nothing that could "improve" what's going on with Signify. I beginning to think this is all an insurance scam with Aetna/cvs. Assessment done Nov 14th, survey done Nov 22nd. Called early Jan and said they'd send an email to the gift card part of the company. 2 weeks and nothing. Call again and get passed to the "real" guest relations division and they can't see why it wasn't sent. Supervisor will call 24-48 hours. That didn't happen. If you're seeing a pattern on yelp... This company keeps calling my mother telling her that her insurer has told them to come out and visit her in her home. Even though she expressed that she did not want this they keep calling leaving messages that they are coming out at a certain time. The Wall Street Journal did an investigation about this if you want more details. Long story short- you do not have to talk to these people and you may get and irrelevant diagnoses if you do. Can I give ZERO stars? Rotten service all around hang up on them. I was contacted by Signify health last month to schedule an in home health review for my Insurance company. They'll set it up for July 7th and told me a Doctor would be sent here between 9am and 12pm. I waited and no one showed up and no one called. I left a text message but have yet to hear back. I wasted and entire morning and nothing. If you get a call from them, I would just hang up. It is not worth the frustration. read more
