We've been working with City Colors in Doral for banner printing, but this was easily one of the worst vendor experiences we've ever had. We ordered a step and repeat about two weeks ago. After resolving an artwork issue on our end, the order was marked ready for pickup. We sent someone to pick it up and deliver it to our West Palm Beach office--only to later find out they gave us the WRONG banner. I called them expecting a simple fix. The woman on the phone confirmed our banner wasn't ready and said it would be done tomorrow. I politely asked if there was any chance it could be ready in the morning. She came back and said no, but demanded the incorrect banner be returned immediately. I calmly explained I needed our correct banner first so I could complete the delivery and then return theirs the same day. That's when everything escalated. A man took over the call, speaking aggressively and claiming they'd been calling us. While I tried to clarify, the same woman started yelling in the background, then grabbed the phone and began SCREAMING at me. Not raised voice--full-on screaming. My entire office heard it on speaker. I was genuinely confused and asked if she was talking to me. She confirmed and continued before hanging up. When I called back to resolve it, the same behavior continued. The man called me a "come mierda" (yes, that happened) and mocked how our employees answer the phone. Completely unacceptable. They then immediately closed our account. On a later recorded call, the woman stated a refund would be issued and confirmed via email, which I still have not received. If they attempt to label this as "racism" like they seem to do in other responses, let me be clear: I am Hispanic, and so is my business. No racial comments were made

Email States- bring a valid picture ID and tracking number. So I did as told, gave the tracking and my Florida ID to an Employe by the name of Elizabeth. She came back and told me the address on my ID did not match the address of where the package was going to, so she CAN NOT RELEASE Y PACKAGE as per COMPANY POLICY. She commit release the package. As if I can't buy anything online and ship to an address other than mine. Name and picture matched my identification card. I didn't see what was the big deal. So she went on to tell show me chart or something they keep behind the register. As I was trying to read the information on the chart she placed in front of me, she quickly snatched out of my hand. Yes I was highly offended. So when I raised re you have to my voice and said " mam you didn't have to snatch that informationNDS from my hands like that" she told me "I'm gonna need you to step outside." I just want to resolve retrieving my package that I paid for. Harry Aponte, the same name on the package and ID. Then she had the audacity to threaten me with the security. Great job Elizabeth, like I told you in the store, if your going through things in your personal life, leave that crap at hope. Don't bring your negative energy to a place of business, especially when you have to attend customers. YOU DO NOT SNACTH STUFF OUT OF GROWN PEOPLES HANDS! Please FedEx , address this issue immediately with your staff and enforce proper customer service, because treatment I received is unacceptable. Upon their request and prior to installation, payment was made as per their provided wire instructions, communicated through their official work email address within our existing email thread regarding the project. We sent payment as per their instruction and they confirmed the job was being printed. THEY LATER ALLEGED THAT THEIR SYSTEMS HAD BEEN HACKED AND THE WIRE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WERE FRAUDULENT, AND REFUSED TO INSTALL THE VINYLS. Again, wire instruction were sent from their work email addresses and under our existing email chain. OWNERS NICK AND BIANCA REFUSED TO WORK WITH US IN ANY FORM AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO OUR COMMUNICATIONS for an amicable resolution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE FRAUDS!
