I needed to send these home! It was a lot of souvenirs and there was no way I had the bag space. So i asked my next door neighbor to watch for a package to come and take care of it as the package would arrive well before I got home from vacation. I walked into the UPS store. Only one other person was being helped, and one of the employees took care of me. He boxed up my items and wrapped them in bubble wrap for a nominal fee. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes, even with all the stuff I had bought. When I got home, my next door neighbor gave me the package. I made the right choice going to UPS and shipping it home!

Their own photo of the house they left it ,proved that. I called them, got all the sorries and how they would call the driver to locate my package. Instead I get an email on Wednesday from them implying I'm wrong and my package was delivered to me and their picture proved it. It's not the first time this has happen. They don't care --I have received packages at my home from others and they don;t come and pick them-- they leave you to do the job they got paid for. Luck for me the person who received my plant return them to me--no thanks to FedEx.
