If you want to waste your money, buy your sign from this business. My lamppost sign and mounting pole are only 4 months old, and the paint is coming off the pole. A one year warranty on the receipt was not honored, saying neither the sign nor the pole was covered. I could buy another pole for $7.00. I declined. I had already wasted $107.00 on this item. read more

My dad and I both got a gift certificate to Jackie's from our realtor. The girl at the front desk could not have been any ruder! She never introduced herself, never invited us to sit at the two chairs at her desk, she asked what we wanted without explaining the different signs, colors, fonts etc. I took it upon myself to scan through the book and chose a sign and asked Clarissa (I think that is her name because I asked her) what color it came in? She shrugged her shoulders and said any color you want! When I asked her how much it was to add a bone (with my dogs name) her response was that sign can't add a bone ... We did end up ordering our signs but I would NEVER recommend "Signs by Jackie". If I didn't have the gift certificate I definitely would have brought my business elsewhere. read more

You make your order online, choose your design and lettering. Then you wait nearly 3 months to get it. They are very overpriced.. We did not like the finished product's lettering at all. I don't think we would ever have chosen that lettering, but no way to prove it was wrong. So we will have to live with it. Not waiting another three months. read more

Great at taking your order but horrible at following through with your sign. They took 4 months and we had to hound them continually to even start the order and then to get it to completion. The final product wasn't what they claimed they could do at the time of the order. They insisted that they sent us a proof but they didn't, and then never followed up with us a month into it. This business lacks in customer service, and needs help with process improvement. Staff has no idea what is going on with your order at any given time. If not for a gift certificate, we would have never given them our business. What should have been a happy occasion turned into an unpleasant experience. The quality of the product wasn't worth the wait. Find another sign company that values your business and is run efficiently. Do better for your customers Jackie if you want to stay in business. read more

We have our sign for 12 years and very happy with the quality. All we need now is a light bulb. Not bad for a12 year sign.

This company must be avoided by everyone, especially Villagers. The Village realtors will give you a discount card for this unscrupulous, dishonest company. They should stop this immediately. My experience; went to their office to purchase a front yard sign, picked one out and paid for it. They told me I'd need a new longer pole, but they had them for $7.00. Fine. Oh, their sign prices are high enough to offset the $50 Villages "gift". Would be ready in 3 months. Ridiculous for this product, but like a fool, I agreed. 3 months plus later it came. I bought the pole, took it home to discover it was too fat to fit in my post. We called Signs by Jackie and were told, oh, the Villages are using a slightly narrower pole. Have been for months! I asked why I was sold a pole that wouldn't fit and a sign too wide for my existing pole. Their response, I can drill through my heavy metal pole to make the holes big enough or I can pay them to come out and drill them. No returns, no refunds. I truly hope The Villages stops endorsing this awful company. read more

We ordered expensive acrylic custom sign with the extra dog bone to be attached below the main sign. There were no pre-punched holes in the bottom of the main sign for the dog bone to attached. With this being acrylic trying to make holes in the main sign resulted in a crack in the corner. Fortunately, we found a neighbor who fixed the sign good as new but if we had not, then we would have a worthless piece of acrylic. Why would they not put the necessary holes in the bottom of the main sign when you order and pay a lot extra for the dog bone sign? Do not recommend this company for signage. read more
