They're across the street from Munchie's for those of you from the neighborhood. Point is, it's a family-owned neighborhood business with great customer service and cheaper prices than Kinko's. For packrats like me who save every paper, essay, and even class notes, they also scan documents and save them onto CDs for $30 an hour. Consistent quality coverage with no weird banding. No registration problems. No inaccurate colors. No cracks on folds. No surprise price hikes or oddball "gotcha" fees. Their technicians never seem to have problems with artwork in a myriad of file formats (sometimes our clients send us Word docs, Power Point slides, really uncommon formats, or files from old versions of design software), or missing fonts. Once the new, clear glass panel was installed, we needed house numbers. Little did I know that back in the day (say, 110 years ago), they used gold leaf for transom numbers. My options seemed to be 1) drop $5 on cheap, ugly vinyl stickers at Home Depot and lose some of my home's original charm, or 2) have gold leaf applied for $1,000+ on a piece of glass that will likely break at some point in the future. Clearly, there had to be a way to maintain my home's character without using actual gold. Thankfully, another sign company steered me towards Fast Signs. I emailed them photos of the old transom numbers along with measurements, and they had a proposal emailed back in a matter of hours. They were out in about 48 hours for the install. The gold leaf vinyl looks fantastic. It looks just like real gold leaf. It was exactly what I wanted, and at a fair price. I'd also like to add that I really appreciated how responsive they were. If you own a home, you know that it can be very difficult to get companies to call you back or give you quotes. Fast Signs picks up the phone, they respond to emails, and they do it very quickly.

He said that there is no refund no matter what. So, I called my bank and they got my money back. I got lucky there. But be careful!
