She was super quick with turnaround for revisions, very accommodating to changes and adjustments and the final proofs were dialed in. Pricing was reasonable and the design service from Lizzy was exceptional In the end, we got EXACTLY what we wanted, we were able to install ourselves and saved over $2500 compared to quotes we received from local printers for production and installation. Very unhelpful customer service. We ordered a clear car decal and the quality was really bad. It just looked really cheap and you could see the "clear" background so easily on the car window. Upon application, there was lots of scratches from using the squeegee and they said they can't give a refund due to it being installed "improperly." Customer service was very dismissive about the bad product and overall just unwilling to resolve the issue. read more

Can't use Safari. It took me 2.5 hours to complete a purchase with poor customer service support. They said the site doesn't work well with Safari and wanted me to download a different browser. Abysmal service. You order a proof - website says: If you request a proof, we will email you within 6 hours from when you place your order. Proofs approved before 5PM MST will be produced the next business day. Proofs approved after 5PM will be produced the following business day. However Marionne in customer service will lie and say it is 12 hours. When the website has proof. Now missing an important event because of dealing with her lies and terrible customer service and they have lost a repeat customer in me. read more
