EHAN F RAN THE REGISTER AND I COULD TELL THERE WAS SOMETHING UP. THEY STOLE MY PACKAGE! There could be a line around the block.... And they'll still work with no sense of urgency. Clearly why these employees are not delivery drivers. It's the holidays. Hire more people or stop hiring lazy people. The consistent wait is not anywhere near UPS standards. Seriously.... The postal service employees move faster than these snails.

I would leave a negative one if I could.. working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I…read morewould expect at least to drop off a UPS package that you would be greeted cordially. I've been to this UPS many times and rarely do I leave negative reviews. I went this morning to open up PO Box . After standing there for several minutes, it looked kind of busy.. I stood there patiently and waited as the line started to grow with four or five people after me.. I casually ask the girl that was running in the back, hello are you available? She turned around glared at me and shouted in my face, NO IM NOT! . I literally was sitting there like wow, I have no idea how I deserve this as a customer to come in and all I did is ask if she was available I was patient and kind. After her rude behavior, I looked at her name tag and noticed that she was actually the manager of this location, which put me into utter shock . I stood there thinking how can I come in here every day to get my mail and have to see this horrible manager who is so rude and can't even treat her customers with kindness. After being told, it was $63 to have my PO Box , they added an additional charge of $20 registration fee one time fee. I looked at the girl who was helping me and thanked her for being professional and kind, but I told her that that $20 was not told to me and that I did not feel that I wanted to pay that. I stood there thinking this is the worst experience that I've had here the managers, horrible, and speaks terrible to people. I can only imagine how she treats her employees . I decided to not open my PO Box here nor will I ship any business here nor will I recommend this place . I always try to support small businesses, especially in my community. A good manager would have said hello good morning Miss I am busy right now but this agent right here will be right with you or I'm sorry Miss I'm busy right now, but I will be right with you. This UPS store must be desperate for management because as a manager myself, I would never ever speak to anybody in the manner of tone that she did to me. I'd like to add one more thing as I'm posting my review I close my page and the ad pops up that there's three months free of opening a mailbox wow what an incompetent place.

On the one hand, if you want a local company to handle things for you and you want one of the…read morebiggest little companies around in the sign and banner and display marketing biz, you've got the right folks. But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

After manning a table at a couple of events I was hooked and sought to improve the professionalism of our presence. The first thing I needed was signage with a stand. A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.
