When I arrived, the coordinator had the wrong idea about why I was there. He said, "We talked about this package, right?" I said no, it was a different one. He repeated that he thought I had selected the other package, even after I pulled out my phone and showed him the message confirming what we had actually discussed. Still, no real acknowledgment of the mix-up. Then he told me, "He won't be here until 9," referring to the person I was supposed to meet with. I reminded him we had agreed on 8:30. He asked if I wanted to wait or come back tomorrow. I simply said, "No, I'm going to leave." I had taken time off work for what was supposed to be a quick 20-minute appointment. I don't have the flexibility to just wait around or reschedule on short notice. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability--no sincere apology, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to make it right. Owning up to an error goes a long way in customer service, and that was completely missing here. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter to them. Leaving 1 star because the lack of preparation and accountability turned what should've been a simple, exciting meeting into a frustrating waste of time.

Just research what you are getting done. Oh and know they will put embossed "Wrap World" Logo on your car too. I had them design and install a full sign wrap on a 2017 Ford Transit 150 Van. I think the design work was excellent and I've since learned that the installation and the $4,000 price were average at best. The real issue was the thoughtlessness of Lance Carroll who handled my project from start to finish. He didn't acknowledge, confirm, and inform throughout the four day project causing me to miss other scheduled appointments and waste a significant amount of my time. I recommend that you use this company, just don't expect timelines, common courtesies, or even regret when they miss their deadlines ....at least not from Lance Carroll.
