Wow, what a wild experience. Take your business elsewhere folks. Had a design consult with Greg well over a month ago, I was to supply him my brand colors and font choices. Did so the next day. Then weeks of unanswered emails, until finally hearing back apologizing and asking to set an appt so he can show me final proofs. Get there, he'd forgotten the appt, needed my help to look up my project on his computer... and nothing done. No final edits, nothing to show me, after an hour round trip for the appt. THEN though, he tried to say "well shouldn't you just know what you want as a business owner" and asked for further deposits if he was going to do any more design work... which was changing fonts, and even that hadn't been done. When I politely offered "hey, I thought I was coming in to pick a final product and book the order, why don't we set an appt for a different day when you've had time to complete the final mockups I thought I was approving"... I was told that was "hostile", blamed further, and told he didn't want my order. So I politely left. When of the most interestingly bad experiences I've ever had with a business. read more

These guys are so great! Everyone is so friendly but I dealt mostly with Jonette. The signs turned out gorgeous and they even provided extra protection to keep them clean! Service is above and beyond and they came out beautiful and so quickly. Would absolutely recommend 10/10! read more

Just needed some sign work done on my commercial vehicle, Greg seemed like a nice guy, and said he would get it done, then something went wrong. Terrible communication skills, emails get ignored or returned after much time elapses, he then told me he wanted me to leave my truck with him overnight, to simply do something that I know for a fact would take 3-4 hours at the absolute most. I approved his final design then told him over email that he couldn't have my vehicle overnight, too inconvenient for me and basically unreasonable of him to ask me to leave my primary service vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time. Back in 2010 tried to have them do the whole job, ignored, back burnered, tried to Give them another chance in 2016. As a local small businesses owner I know this is not how you treat people. WORST DECISION EVER to go with this company. I paid 700 for an outdoor sign, by the time we drove it back to the shop in the rain, the water had somehow penetrated the sign and caused bubbles from water damage. Instead of issuing a refund, or replacing the sign the guy had a terrible attitude and wouldn't do anything to help us. The owner of this shop has such a big ego he couldnt even put the customer first for such a large purchase and fix it. Simply said its our fault its damaged. I beg you do not go with this company. Keeping in touch with Greg seems to be a problem. He is eager to rush the job no matter what the result. After many attemps at getting a wrap done for our company turned out to be a nightmare. With foul language and threats of legal action it was easier to just pay and cut the loss. We originally worked with a younger salesman that was great to work with but was not told he no longer worked for the company when we finally agreed to the work. Buyer Beware!!! I had a sign done for my business in Yreka three and a half years ago. All the lettering is slurring and running. Company will not guarantee the work and is blaming the fact that the sign is in the sun! (Aren't all signs on business buildings in the sun??) Signs Now refuses to credit me for damage but wants to sell me a new sign. Very poor attitude. I've had businesses and business signage for thirty years, and have never seen a sign that deteriorated so quickly. read more

My studio partner & I were pulling our hair out trying to get just a simple door sign made with the "other" dudes, so we finally went to see Greg at Signs Now. He showed us a perfect mock-up the very next day that had our colors and design spot on (something the other place couldn't, even after 5 attempts & multiple trips to review). Greg even redid our sign when we found that we had missed an error in the approval process. Something he didn't have to do, but was kind enough to do for us. He's got my business for any future signage needs, that's for sure. :) read more

Greg does great work, I had him do 2 signs for me in the past But his communication and follow thru are terrible. I had him bid a job for us and never heard back. After calling again to check on Bid he eventually e mailed me with question which I answered the same day waited another 2 weeks and nothing. I called the shop and was told he was at a trade show for a week. Finally after e mailing him about my displeasure with his lack of communication he contacted me and I was told he was to busy now and I should have somebody else do the work. read more
