    This is a "bait and switch" company. They send a letter confirming insurance premium, just to change the premium when I called their office.

    I called the AAA phone number off of our membership card. The phone was answered and an appointment…read morewas made for the truck to come out with a new battery. The new battery was replaced and a new one was put in for $230.56. The car started running but service indicated that the car needed further repairs. Another AAA truck that could tow the Ford was called by Miguel and they will come today to pick up the Ford and take it to the dealership. I really appreciate AAA they are a good value to have them to rely on when our vehicles need service they handle it.

It was about 100 degrees out. I finally had a locksmith arrive after 5 pm. All my frozen groceries were spoiled. I had to discard $77.43 worth of groceries. I arrived home after 6 pm. I had heat exhaustion by then. I called many AAA phone numbers to complain, no resolution. The locksmith also said they received 3 different reasons the tech could not get into the car. All were untruths. The next day I was offered $30 in AAA dollars. I asked the agent what grocery store accepted them, which I knew none! She acted surprise and said she didn't know. I said a check for the amount of groceries that were spoiled was what I was asking for. She acted like how could that be done! No resolution, no one responding now. Tried to call the corporate office and a woman who answered, "Hello", told me she was trying to get her home phone number off as the corporate number for over a year! Find another roadside assistance company folks!

I confirmed my mother's home insurance with Liberty Mutual, did a self inspection, that included photos and videos of the property and submitted them for review. In a few weeks she got a letter in the mail that stated her policy was being cancelled! They cited several deficiencies with the property, but gave no date or provisions as to give us time to correct the problems. I called them to confirm the cancellation and promptly started the process of obtaining insurance with another company. This morning, I got an email telling me that on the 26th of January, the scheduled insurance premium would be automatically drafted from her account! I called the customer service to report this incident, and the agent told me I would have to send the proper documents in order to cancel the policy. I told her that Liberty Mutual already cancelled it. She told me she needed the POA, of which I told her they already have it (no insurance company would issue a policy without a POA). I told her that I felt she was treating us unfairly and I was going to report the company, and I would put a block on future drafts at her bank. Since being notified about the deficiencies, I have been working to correct all of them. Her new insurance company told me they would give me all the time I needed, as long as they were corrected in a timely manner, and I would keep them posted.

I used the roadside assistance in 5/22 for a flat tire. I then used the tow service in 9/22 (which I did not end up needing a tow. The driver was a mechanic and got my truck to start). I advised them of that, and asked for my $30 refund to my card for mileage over the 15 miles allowed. They wouldn't refund because they couldn't reach the tow company to verify. I had my credit card company dispute the charge. I finally tracked down the tow company and the owner of refunded my $30. I also used the tow service in 11/22. I received a letter from LM that they were canceling my insurance because of the 5/22 roadside assistance (which they listed as a tow on the letter) & the 11/22 tow. I could not believe my eyes. I thought all I would have to do was call and say there was some kind of mistake, and problem solved. I had 4 conversations with different people, and was told once underwriting made a determination it was final. They would not connect me to underwriting stating they did not take customer calls. I was told after my 3rd call that someone did reach out to underwriting, and they denied my appeal to insure me. OVER A TOW & A FLAT TIRE. The 4th call was to the Heathrow, FL office to try and resolve through corporate underwriting department. I spoke with a Lady in the auto department and was told that 95% of the time they do not reverse their decision. Her recommendation was to go with a different company with a cheaper rate. That trying to fight to keep insurance with LM would not be worth the time and headache. I have never been canceled by any insurance company. Never would I have thought I would be canceled over using my roadside assistance. Do not do business with Liberty Mutual. If they do this to a customer over something like this, they will most likely cancel you on a actual collision or comp claim.

I bought a condo in Florida and a couple months later a pipe started leaking inside a wall and caused damage to the kitchen and surrounding areas. The entire condo required repiping and repair. After providing everything they asked for and several "inspections " and various companies they sent out, after calling them regularly about the claim because their communication was AWFUL, after a month of no response and the mold accumulatin growing by the day from them dragging their feet, they DENIED the claim!! They said it had been vacant for more than 30 days! I had just bought the freaking place and had just renovated it and was in the process of moving in when the pipes burst!!! What a crock of bull!! This place will FIND ANY EXCUSE to deny your claim. Do not purchase this insurance, in fact stay away from anything to do with buying anything in Florida!! It's all a scam from beginning to end.

Some of our neighbors received payment in full and others not. All submitted claims with HO 6 policies for the same claim amount but frontline paid in significantly different amounts. Frontline claim adjuster did not communicate or justify his position with the inconsistencies. I switched provider. I would not recommend Frontline.
