Let's get into it: *Service- Great, kind & polite *Line-went quick at 12:30p on a Friday *Presentation- fab. Everything was packaged and bagged nicely, complete with napkins, a fork, two dipping sauces. *the chicken- fine? Look. I I know I'm in an airport. I know things are overpriced. But this is absolutely asinine. The amount of chicken in this order for almost 8 dollars was mind-boggling. I never expect copious quantities of anything from Chick-fil-A for the price, it simply does not exist. This was literally 8 bites of chicken, taking up a quarter of the small cup it was served in. That's nearly 1.00 per bite. I'd say it was less than a patty that goes on a sandwich. Perspective: I was provided 2 Buffalo sauces. I am a sauce person. I drowned each of my pieces of sauce directly into the little sauce packet. I still had about 1/2 of the sauce left in the one that I cracked open and used. read more

I ordered two Chick-fil-A biscuits with chicken. I got two biscuits with some slices of bacon on it. Unfortunately I can't eat bacon so I had to throw the entire order away. What a waste of food and money. read more

I think 3 stars is about right. There's certain things you come to expect from Chick Fila. One of those things is fast hot food. Another is friendly service. This location is definitely lacking on the service end. I've never seen such morose people working at Chick Fila. The food was okay; it was already made and sitting but the nuggets were hot still but the fries were not. The sweet tea she only filled part of the way. I also only got 2 sauces when I had asked for 3. I don't come to this airport but looks like the bar is set low at this location. read more

3.5 stars. This is an airport serving the air travelers. Very popular since most people like the brand. The service is bit bad since the clerk is almost put a mask serving people. First off, this was a rare moment when there was not a huge line. I thought that was a win; it was not. While I was rung up quickly, and she was reasonably nice, it took forever to get my spicy chicken sandwich combo. And no, it wasn't special ordered. I could see the food, already prepared sitting in the warmer. Two things. Fries and sandwich. Both waiting to be placed into a bag. But it took them forever to get there. Finally, to top this off, it was obvious the sandwich was not fresh due to the hard bun on the bottom and soggy breading on the chicken. It's a typical airport chick fila. The staff were pleasant. A regular #1 medium sized was $15. Not really a value. The sandwich was underwhelming; the bread to chicken ratio was crazy. Fries were fresh. Lemonade was good. Should have asked for no ice. read more

Chick-fil-A hit the spot, breakfast combo was a great deal - about $8-10/combo got you a sandwich, coffee and hash browns. I loved my chicken biscuit sandwich- delicious! My only feedback was the hash brown nuggies were not hot I would call the barely warm bordering cold. My cashier Dong was very sweet! You deserve a treat for making it through TsA don't you?! This was my first time getting Chick-fil-A and the Tampa airport location did not disappoint. The grilled nuggets were tender, juicy, and well-seasoned and all of the sauces I tried were delicious. My server's name tag said "in training", but she was very professional and friendly. The line was winding when I joined, but it moved quickly and I got my food within a few minutes of ordering. Overall, I was able to quickly get a delicious and filling meal at the airport for under $10. A win! read more

Love the food but hate their politics. Service is always pretty decent here. Most of the time people are friendly and accommodating. I witnessed the manager try to give someone free food because they made an error. The customer kindly felt obliged to pay...surprisingly. Simple. Uncomplicated and same same every time, regardless of location. I will say the breakfast sandwich is more like a breakfast slider, it's petite unlike my appetite. Generally a no frills experience with a long line that moves pretty quickly. No real ambience to speak of but the chicken is mighty fine. read more

I bought a Garden ranch chicken salad in the morning at the airport before lunch which was the worst salad I have had anywhere. It had old wilted lettuce that was turning black, tough & dry chicken, and tasted like there was a chemical on it to try to preserve freshness. If there was, it didn't work and the salad was at least a day old. Maybe it was just that old that it tasted so bad. I had to throw it away because it was so bad. I just went Hungary on the airplane. I will never buy another salad at Chick-fil-A because of this experience. There is no excuse for not throwing spoiled food out a restaurant that usually is a quality place.
