I have genetic neck fat and decided to try cool sculpting with Sculpt MD. It was a complete waste of money. I understand that results can vary with cool sculpting but the before and after pics were indistinguishable. Let me first say that Monica was always very kind. I had an awful experience with Dr. David Cruz. They gave me a body scan each visit which was not something I requested. When the scan showed I had gained some fat between sessions, Dr. Cruz was extremely condescending and implied that there was something wrong with me/my lifestyle. Im not sure why he felt the need to tell me how HE felt about MY body unprompted. My primary care doctor thinks I am a healthy weight and I have a healthy BMI. Health is my number one priority so his opinion affected me a lot at the time. I think this was beyond unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable given we were in a setting where cosmetic procedures are sold. I never said I wanted to change anything about my body, all I was there for was reducing genetic neck fat. After some reflection, I can't help but feel like Dr. Cruz was trying to plant seeds of insecurity to try to push sales. read more

I get marketing text messages from them way too frequently, even though I never opted into it, which makes it illegal. When I block and report the number, they rotate the number to a new one to continue messaging me, which makes it a willful evasion of my opt-out. Don't make the mistake of calling them and letting them have your phone number unless you like telemarketing harassment. They're breaking laws and I'm going to start documenting it all to take action against them. read more

Got a partial refund for horrible experience and outcome.. I paid for 4 treatment sessions. One was provided by someone I trusted and did exactly as I wanted with very positive results. I was told she was fired. Dr. Samra who was very present in the office is no longer here. New doc says he's been there, but NEVER saw him and ironically front desk answered phones saying they had no doc... My last 3 sessions were from Kristina who I was only told the afternoon before, that she would now do my treatment. I'm pretty sure I was her first client for Exilis. Kristina didn't listen to what I wanted and I constantly had to correct where she provided treatment. I'm immune compromised so can't do other injectable treatments, have metal wires in my jaw from jaw surgery and to stay away from "here" (showing her EVERY session) and always showed her where I wanted treatment. She always responded with "mmm-hmmm, mmm- hmmm" and was apparent she didn't ever listen until the third treatment from her where she provided treatment exactly where I told her NOT to! With Exilis treatment you need to stay away from implanted wires. I told her where they were and she literally took my head, tilted it back and went away at it as I clenched my fists she changed sides and when I said it was way too hot and burning she told me it was because I needed to be more hydrated. No.. it was literally my jaw on fire. The skin from my chin has pulled back so the scar that was on the front of my chin in now underneath causing a jagged jawline. The skin feels so tight it's like glue that's dried and you are trying to pull away. The stabbing pins and needles feeling did finally stop after 2-1/2 months. Denise, the office manager tried to help, but after months of dealing with this and I said I just wanted my money back, it came down to signing a release form as they know they are totally responsible for providing services to areas on my body I did not request to have them done.. I could have sued to fix my wrongs, but being immune compromised, I cannot have injectables or surgeries due to complications. I'm stuck with what Kristina did to me. I've already spent more than my "refund", but with chemical sensitivities proceeding in court is not advisable. Something to be said about closure and mental health. I still struggle looking in the mirror every day. Sculpt MD could have compensated the extra $375 for the full 4 treatments and then some.. they offered no apology and Kristina never acknowledged she did wrong. If you are over 40, go see someone else. She clearly doesn't understand that sometimes you are happy with you who are and she genuinely does NOT listen, so if you want to make sure you do what YOU want... or what you medically NEED.. do NOT see Kristina!! read more

READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! Do not come here. I spoke with Bree who was Very, Very Unprofessional. She's obviously new to the clinic. I used to come to the clinic to see Dr. Samra before she was ever there and now that they put her as manager or owner not sure what she is there, things have gone down hill. I noticed every time I spoke with her she would tell me something different. I felt like she was all about charging me more. And not caring about the customer. I would catch her in lies every time I spoke with her. When I called to book for the price I was originally given on my profile she told me that prices went up. I asked her if they would have a sale soon and she specifically said "NO NOT ON THE PROCEDURE YOU WANT". So thank God I didn't book at the time she told me that. When Black Friday came around and cyber Monday (which was 2 weeks later) the procedure I wanted to get done was on sale 20% off. From 2100.00 to 1650.00. But she failed to tell me that because she wanted me to pay more. I called the clinic to get the sale that was sent to my phone and unfortunately she answered. When I told her that I received a text message that the procedure I wanted to get was on sale, she stuttered on her words and told me that they already sold out of it and that I couldn't get that price. I was still able to add it to my cart and check out if I wanted. So she lied over and over again. Because she wanted to charge me the regular price that she told me I would have to pay a couple weeks before that sale. She couldn't handle the conversation on the phone and that I caught her in a lie so she disconnected the phone with me. So obviously she couldn't handle being under pressure. It's not about the money. It's about the customer service. And like I said every time I spoke with her she seemed like that's all she cared about is charging me more. I'm so glad I did NOT go with this clinic because of my gut instinct from the beginning after speaking with her. I will never recommend this place because of my experience and speaking to someone like Bree that was so unprofessional. I'd rather pay more and get better customer service and feel very comfortable somewhere else. Going into a procedure you want to feel comfortable with somebody. Like they are there for you And not feel like they are only about the money. Someone who will take care of you even if something was to go wrong. Like I said Thank God I followed my gut instinct and didn't buy the package. I've attached photos of the messages from the clinic to my phone saying that the procedure I wanted was on sale. By the way Bree is a very bad sales person. She could have made $1700. But got caught with in lies that turned a customer and more customers that I could have referred away. I have had a tiny upper lip my entire life.. but as I've gotten older (coming up on 40) I noticed less volume in both lips and my upper lip was disappearing in my eyes. I've always been hesitant about doing anything to my face but after researching what I liked and didn't like the look of and researching different nurses I chose to make an appointment with Nurse Kristina. We started with a lip flip to see how I liked it and then I came back for a check-up and decided to try some filler. She was very conservative per not only my request but also due to my lip being so small and having less area to work with than the average person. We did about a half a syringe to start and then I came back a few weeks later to see if we could add any more. She was able to add more and I am very happy with my results. The shape is exactly what I wanted and it looks great. If you're looking for a Nurse you can trust who won't over do it and make sure you're comfortable I highly recommend her! After a few weeks I noticed that my eyebrow lift had not taken affect. When I felt self conscious about it and called to see if I could get in for additional Botox, the nurse walked into the room and said to me, "So I heard you were freaking out about not having an eyebrow lift." Super unprofessional, I was so embarrassed. This means that I was talked about in the office before I got there. As a career mom, making time for myself to do these services is a luxury, not to mention financially an extra. It was hard for me to go into an office where I just advocated for myself. This is the BEST place I've ever been to for beauty treatments for so many amazing reasons. Dr. Samra is super, super honest when it comes to his recommendations. If anything, he undersells!! He's great at recommending the right treatments as well and won't allow you to do anything unless he truly believes you'll see good results. I've had great results with coolsculpting for my back and abs and Exilis for my jawline, as well as neo emsculpt for my arms inner thighs. His recommendations have improved liposuction irregularities (dimples) and laxity of my arms and inner thighs (also due to liposuction). And everything is thinner and tighter!! Read really great reviews on this Coolsculpt business. Very easy to contact and schedule a consultation and they are very flexible on whether you want to face-time or physically come in. First time inquiring about this non-evasive procedure which freezes the fat and kills them off and your body eliminates the dead fat through natural elimination (like when you eat or drink). I read a lot on it, before going there and Denise explained the process pretty much like I read up on. She did an examination of my problem area and explained what they use and what to expect. (All the time, Denise asked if I had questions, which she answered.) The Doctor poked his head in and introduced himself and took a look at where I wanted Coolsculpting and suggested a couple of other areas that would help achieve my goal, but said it was up to me if I wanted to do the other areas. Also, Denise stressed that it would take 2-3 months to see the results. I told Denise I wanted to do it and she went through the pricing of the 1st session (2 is recommended) and They were having a special promotion (which I knew about) and explained the cost. Also Denise told me about another free site that would take another $150 off my procedure (sweet!). I was very happy with the overall cost and discounts, which made this very affordable compared to other Coolsculpting business I have checked out. Everyone was very nice and professional and no pressure sales pitch. TL;DR: Came here for cool sculpting and was not disappointed at all. Highly recommend Dr. Samra and his entire staff (they keep it real and they're super nice)! From consultation with him and Mayra to the cool sculpting session with Laura to the follow up session back to Dr. Samra--I was impressed with their level of professionalism but also their general empathy and understanding. This was my first time doing cool sculpting and at no point did I feel pressured to say yes to anything. Dr. Samra even let me know that one of the areas I wanted work on would likely be 50/50 on seeing any results. I really appreciated his honesty and felt truly like they had my best interest in mind. I just completed a 4 gentle peel series and my skin hasn't looked this good in 20 years. Angie is just wonderful, she's so kind and gentle and a wonderful person too. I started with a hydra facial and she recommended the package of gentle peels. She also recommended some products which I'm very happy with. I will now do anything she recommends! It was very easy to get an appointment that for my schedule and each time I did my peel I was made to feel super comfortable and cared for. As for the results, the best peel I've ever had! And I'm a chemical peel vet, but the VI peel is amazing. I'm so glad Joselin recommended this one to me as it's worked wonders for my skin.
