I see what the previous Yelper is saying now when he mentioned it takes 6 visits to get a suit. Mind you; I am driving from Mississauga to get my suit, and the service is pointless. Visit 1: Get fitted (1 min process). Visit 2: Fitted for a shirt (1 min process, however it took 30 due to chat). All in all, there is a reason why I pay thousands to get my suits at Harry Rosen. The service is 5 stars, and they do not waste your time. Harry Rosen is 2 visits MAX. I am beginning to lose patience with this business and their disorganization. Get a computerized system! It's 2016. Update...... Still waiting for my suit. TIP: Call this place for updates, they most definitely will not be calling you.

This is a family owned business that I'd highly recommend supporting. She is located inside Quick Clean Laundry Center, and you can spot her workspace from the street as it's against the window. She was very warm and welcoming. I tried on the clothes that I wanted taken in (a sports bra and a skort). Her suggestion was to not make any changes the sports bra as she said that the seams would not end up lying as flat as the factory model, and also the adjustment to the size would be so small it ultimately wouldn't be worth it. I appreciated her honest feedback and it shows that she is not just in the business to make a quick buck - she wants her customers to leave satisfied She did help me take in the waistband of my skort and it was just a small fix, about an inch on the waist. I can't recall the exact price of the alteration but it was about $10 or less, which I think is an amazing price. Her turnaround time is also fairly good, and she is flexible to work with you if you need something on short notice. Overall I will definitely come back to Queeny if I have any future alterations, and have already recommended her to my friends. Apologies for the low quality before and after picture. It wasn't a major change but you should be able to tell that the waistband went from slightly loose to perfectly fitted.

The kind and patient man running the show also did up my zipper for me after I struggled for like 20 minutes. They asked me exactly what I wanted and made sure the service I requested was clear..The material of the fancy jumpsuit I needed hemmed was complex and painstaking and the price was still really reasonable. Extremely organized and clean space. Air conditioning. Only issue is it's not accessible for anyone with disabilities--it's up a narrow flight of stairs on the second floor. While k was struggling with me zipper I heard folks come in and out to pick up clothes who were clearly delighted repeat customers. I'm sure I will be too.
