I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! Karen, my injector, did a wonderful job guiding me through the process. She helped balance out the evenness in my lips and gave me exactly what I told her! I also love that I payed everything upfront before getting them done. At another med spa I had been to you pay after and are required to tip.
