Had a really bad experience with this clinic. My first visit was virtual and the medication prescribed did not work. Was asked to provide pictures prior to the visit which were not even reviewed by anyone based on the questions that were asked. So I scheduled an in person visit with the nurse practitioner as a follow up. There was no attempt for a thorough diagnosis. Generic triggers like weather and stress were given as findings. I sought a second opinion and the doctor performed required tests and laid out treatment options. That is what we expect from any medical practitioner. The two visits were a total waste of time and money with incorrect diagnosis.

The nurses get back with you soon if you have any questions and are helpful and kind. The office is clean. They do sell products there, like SkinCeuticals and EltaMD. A display in the waiting room even has testers. My only warning would be that it could be tough to get in for an appointment, especially with Dr. Black. I think this is a sign of how popular and in demand she is. The staff tries to accommodate as best as possible and will even call if there are cancellations (if requested). I model for a living a recently had to be a hair model for a Master stylist for Oribe in NY. This stylist has worked with Ryan Seacrest, Jennifer Lopez and other well know celebrities. When he asked me who colored and cut my hair, I told him and he was surprised to hear she was not with a high end salon of a major hair brand. I asked why he said that and he replied because she has maintained your color and given you an excellent cut! Mind you I was a month out from my last appointment with her because I had to have my hair grown out. Anyways, I say this because it speaks to how talented she is at her craft. She is a master with color, color correction and she knows her technique. If you haven't gone to her, you must! She is the best in my mind and I will never let anyone else cut my hair! They had me return every two weeks, and with each visit their attitude worsened, especially once I declined their repeated pressure to purchase additional services. I came in wanting a small, natural result. They saw a revenue opportunity. After multiple attempts, they were unable to fully dissolve the filler. I am now seeking treatment from a licensed dermatologist to fix what they could not. The practice is run by someone with no medical credentials, not a physician, not a nurse practitioner, not an aesthetician with any verifiable expertise. The medical authority here appears to be a nurse who seemed undertrained for the procedures being performed. A medical spa performing injectables should be overseen by a licensed physician on site. This one is not. If something goes wrong, and it did for me, there is no qualified person there to fix it. Avoid this place. The consequences can be permanent.
