Starting coming to this location because it was close to work for me so I can beat the rush during my lunch time. I am so glad I gave this place a chance! No matter who does my eyebrows I am always greeted with a smile and asked what I would like done to my eyebrows. Shaped, trimmed, etc. to be honest I have always sat in the chair and let them do there thing but I was educated on the difference and now I have been able to see the difference. Amazing Job ladies! I've been coming here since I moved from New York and it's been a pleasant experience every time. They do a great job with eyebrows and touch ups on my face when I have hair in places I don't like. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but I don't mind it if they do a good job which this place definitely does. After getting threaded they wipe you down with some antiseptic to help your skin from irritation and it usually keep the redness down. Overall I enjoy coming here. It's quick easy and usually painless. The one issue i had was on one trip over here I had asked for a full face threading and the girl forgot to do my upper lip. I didn't notice until I got home and from now on I pay more attention in case it happens again. Otherwise, I'd say this place is a go. read more

There is a taller, thin woman there with dark hair that does eyebrows very well! I had been looking for someone who listens, keeps your shape and thickness, and that does a thorough job. She totally understood what I wanted for my eyebrows, definitely 5 stars for! Hands down - she gave me a natural, pretty look! Then I went again and she wasn't there :( and it was sad. Now I have to grow out my eyebrows for a few weeks. Not a big deal, but definitely wouldn't have happened with the other girl. Tip: if the first girl I mentioned is not there, wait to get them done another day! I finally decided to give this place a chance since it's so close to my house and so glad I did! The place was empty when I walked in Sunday afternoon, so obviously was greeted right away and took a seat. The place was very clean. The previous place I went to had messed up my brows so I let them grow out for quite a bit, they were a hot mess! Luckily the lady who did mine knew what she was doing asked how thick I like them.She constantly asked if I was okay, cause my eyes always tear up lol The end result was perfect, great shape and size! Best part about it all , it was only 6$! So cheap I ended up getting my lip done too came out to $10! That's still cheaper than my other eyebrow place! read more

It is nice clean place. I came here to get a clean up on my eyebrows. I told her that I don't want them thin. At the end I see them thin and I could tell she took off more hairs off. I was a bit upset. Ok I let them grow out for about over a month. I got back made it clear "Please I do not want them thin last time I left with thin eyebrows." She told me "ok no thin". She finished and I look and I still got thin eyebrows. I'm letting them grow out and I'll see where else am able to go. read more

I've seriously been looking for a new place to do my eyebrows at and I found the place ever since moving here from Sacramento I couldn't find a threading salon that can replace my old threading place. The ladies here are so smooth on your eyebrows and they don't rush. Which is good because it does hurt a tad bit. The place is so nice and clean. Everything looks sanitized. I hate this eyebrow place for sure.. I don't care what the other reviews say on here because my experience was HORRIBLE! There was an older lady threading my eyebrows who's name I did not care to remember. It felt like she was using tooth floss on my brows. She ended up cutting me in multiple spots that stung like hell! I was so upset and unhappy that I cried based off of my visit here. I like this place. They do well with shaping and cleaning up your eye brows. I've been to other Threading places that massage your eye brows after with aloe vera so it doesn't sting as much. This place doesn't do that... they just put witch hazel on your eye brows when they're done which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. read more

I came in looking for Hannah or Zahra and got Soraya. It was my first time in there so I thought as long as I just tell them what I want, they should be able to do it. Nooope. I showed Soraya plenty of photos of myself with thick eyebrows when I had gotten them done on the east coast and told her I just do not want them thin, I want to keep them thick. I told her this three times. I told her we can go little by little and show me and then I'll tell you what I'd like fixed. She said okay and never stopped. I got up to look in the mirror and was horrified. My eyebrows are as thin as a line. She cut off the tail on my right eyebrow, so it's shorter, when that was my longer eyebrow. My left eyebrow is thinner than the right. So now both of my eyebrows are a disaster. It took me a month to fully grow out my eyebrows to get a fresh start and not do them myself and mess it up and also the shape I wanted. It'll take me 2 months to grow it out now. It was definitely possible but Soraya just wanted to do what she wanted to do. On top of that, my eyebrows have been burning since yesterday when I got them done. She didn't use anything before or after the threading besides a tissue. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE eyebrow service. If I could've given zero stars, I would've. I am beyond furious !! Just walked out of this place I walked in there with Luscious thick eyebrows came out with thin chola eyebrows that I'm going to have to pencil in all winter till they grow back I even felt her thinning out my the hairs inside the eyebrow shape . I have naturally thick and shaped eyebrows and walked in there for just a CLEANING when I told her she thinned them out when I saw how HORRIBLE they looked tiny little eyebrows for my face she said "they where all out of shape I give you a shape" ummm I'm not paying you to give me what I don't want !! Just walked out of here and I'm pissed. I had the skinny one with long curly hair. I told her to keep the shape and keep them thick and JUST clean them. She fucking made them thinner, one is higher than the other, and she made HUGE arches that I didn't ask for! I hate arches in my eyebrows! My friend has always threaded mine but I always felt like a bother having her do my eyebrows all the time, so I decided to go on yelp and came across Silk Threading. I walked in and the wait wasn't too long at all they just had me sign in and within a couple minutes I was up. I think she could tell I looked nervous as I went to her chair and I even asked her to please be careful and not thin out my eyebrows.
