I had upper and lower bleopharopastry plus I had a full facial CO2 laser. A CO2 laser I was told it was going to cover my full face and neck. My neck was never done at all. And neither will my lips. DO NOT SUPPORT DR. KURRS BUSINESS!!!Ive done lip fillers at silk touch for 3 years. Travis has always done them. They've always looked great. June of 2021 I went in and Travis sold me 3 units under the premise that its discounted the more you buy, but also what you dont use, you can save and use later. He did my lips, cheeks and under my eyes to smooth some wrinkles. In all I had half a unit left. In February 2022 due to a special being ran at another place, i re did my lips there they looked fabulous!! Sept 2022 I call for my apt at silk touch. They say they still have my half unit on file and come in and it will be free. I arrive and they have zero paperwork on me. I re fill out everything. They have me see Dr.Kurr. i had never seen him before but i assumed as the owner, he'd be great too. He comes in, and seems a little irritated right out the gate. So im like smiling trying to figure out why hes being like this. He says what do you want done? I said my lips, he says we have no record of you. I realize then, he thinks im scamming them. He thinks i go to place to place pretending to have filler left. I said, I have half a tube left. He says, thats weird, because we woul never only put half a tube in your lips, (this is absolutely not true btw) and he basically said i was lying. I told him i bought 3 units. This was just the left over. He finally agreed to just it and told me, we have zero pspers on you, so i dont know what he used or did. He told his assistant to just go grab any filler, i had paid more for the top quality filler, because its MY FACE. I felt like, his stance was you get what you get. He tells me hes going through the sides, then doesnt do a consultant of what i like or what i want, He puts a dental block up top, then before its working he starts poking me. Travis will do probably 20 pokes on each lip. Its very meticulous. DR.Kurr did 4 pokes on each side up top. Then he tells me that he put the ENTIRE haf unit up top! Im like wtf!!! Why would you intentionally do that, knowing i have no intent to buy more today. He then says if you want it symmetrical, you need to buy another half unit for 300 and ill put it in the bottom. Once he realized id pay him 300 more dollars he did atleast start being a little kinder. He does the bottom. Again not through the side like he said, he did 4 pokes on the bottom. I go to pay, again more confusion they try to over charge me. I pay my 300 i get to my car, and im like omg he so over filled my lips he changed the way my face looks. I never swell, ive done this for years, ive never been in pain after the fact either. I swelled up so bad. I also had intense pain the next two days. My face looks like im permanently sad because i can barely move my lipd, he made my smile lines much more prominent with the weight of my lip now. Also a week later my right side of my lip is still in pain and up torward my smile line and nostril hurts. I just felt he was unprofessional, he was really bad at communicating. He didnt ask my needs or wants, he just put a bunch o filler in to get me out of his hair. Im incredibly disappointed! I spoke with a friend and she is currently going back and forth with them as well about filler paid for but they lost her file too. I would not recommend silk touch. I highly recommend this office. First off, the office is so clean, comfortable, and inviting. They really made me feel comfortable and like my questions and concerns were important. I had stretched ear lobes for the last 16 years or so. My ears were stretched an inch and a quarter (if you don't know sizes, I could fit a half dollar sized plug in my ear) Dr Kerr performed my surgery, he explained absolutely everything every step of the way, he completely rebuilt my ear and did an absolutely amazing job! The results far exceeded my expectations. I am still in the healing process, but I am so incredibly happy with my new ears! I feel so much better about my appearance and I have so much more confidence. Thank you Dr Kerr, and thanks to the entire staff that works at this location. I have been receiving treatment for many years at a wonderful, reputable med spa in Georgia. Upon moving to Boise two years ago I was unable to find a location that I felt was both knowledgeable and honest. So, I continued to receive treatment out of state until I met Travis, and the rest of the Silktouch staff. The staff here is very responsive and professional and the facility is clean and beautiful. Travis is my injector and he does a wonderful job. My goal is to look natural and maintain my appearance within a budget. I have been a fan of Silk Touch for many years. I used to go there with my daughter for facials and laser hair removal for myself. I had even bought a package for skin treatments for myself about 15 years ago. Tragically our daughter was killed in a plane crash shortly after I purchased that package and I just couldn't bring myself to go there without her. Dr. and Mrs. Kerr and their staff even sent flowers to my daughter's funeral and a couple of staff members/friends even attended it. Well about 8 years ago I called to see is they showed a record of my purchase and they did, but I still wasn't ready to use it. Last Wednesday 1/3/24, I called to see if they still showed I had purchased that package. They did and they honored it, no questions asked! I was totally prepared to get a sub-par treatment because of the time lag but that was not the case. Lori Collins was my lady and from start to finish she was first rate fantastic. Had a horrible extraction and chemical peels, I bought a package for 6 micro or chemical peels. The first service had issue with tools, staff told me this is very old tools and need to replace it but she still kept using it even though she knew that and interruption from other staff, came to the room while I received the service. The second time, was ok with the service but again, another staff open the door and ask for some tools that she couldn't find. The 3rd and 4th services were just fine. The 5th service is the nightmare,staff provide extraction and then chemical peels. I was feeling hurt from extraction and having scars all over my face. See the photo. I've never had any work done to my body and am very self conscious. I scheduled a free consultation to discuss liposuction in one specific area of my abdomen. After the women I met with asked me if I had a "C-Section" because my stomach fell different than most, and only being 21 with no kids it was all I could to kindly walk out. I had "smart" lipo on my upper and lower stomach area and in the back on the "love handles" I was told my results would get better and better as everything healed. It's been 8 months and my results are EXTREMELY disappointing. At my final follow up exam the doctor admitted that he didn't blend around my ribs very well. In fact one side looks like a palm size blob of fat got missed. There are also very sharp indentations in some areas rather than a smooth appearance. When not clothed my entire stomach actually looks worse than before the procedure! Everything is bumpy, lumpy, and very uneven. I workout daily and have good muscle tone, so that's not the problem. The doctor said he could do a "touch-up" revision if I wanted but that would mean more money (I had already paid well over 7 thousand dollars!!!) and another recovery period. Since my recovery did not go as smoothly as was expected (I developed a sernoma in one spot) I am done with pain and extensive "down time" I don't know if I would have had a better result if I'd gone elsewhere or not. The morale of the story might just be to stay away from lipo completely. read more

Went here for some skin solutions. Paid $3000+ . After treatment I was told that the solution works slowly and could take up to a year! Waited a year and there was absolutely NO change in my appearance at all. Went back to see why it hadn't worked and was offered another solution of 2 "needling" treatments. Still no change!! Went to another spa and was told that there was no sign that anything had been injected at all, I think I was ripped-off. I had my first procedure with Silk Touch and will never go again. At the pre op appointment, after I had already been given a quote and been explained by the office manager the cost of the procedure, I was asked to drop my clothes in the office managers office without being given a gown, or even in an exam room, the doctor proceeded to pinch my fat and explain that I had a lot more fat in those areas, than I thought, and it felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable, then the doctor proceeded to tell me how much work I "really" needed done compared to what I came in for. The quote I received by the office manager was not the correct amount, but when I went in for my procedure, after they had given me sleeping pills, and pain meds, they tried to tell me that I owed them WAY more than what I was quoted for the work that I wanted done. The doctor laughed at me when I questioned the amount they quoted me and said "Do you think we would do that much work, for that amount of money?" and laughed. He was arrogant, and made me feel like I was just dollar bills to him. And conveniently the office manager who had given me the initial quote was "out" of the office that day. I was also told the procedure was relatively minor, with minor discomfort, and most people can return to work within a day or two. I am an urgent care nurse and work 12 hour shifts and purposefully worked my work schedule around this procedure based on the information they gave me. I was NOT better, not even close, within "a day or two" and thank goodness I didn't have shifts scheduled because there is no way I would have been able to work. That was completely untrue. The actual procedure was very painful, and I was severely bruised all up and down my treatment areas, and the pain was excruciating, it was difficult to walk, sleep, or move in any direction without severe pain. The treatment areas drained for over one week, after I was told they should only drain the first couple of days. I stained bed sheets, clothes, and had to wear maxi pads on the treatment areas for much longer than explained. When I went in for my follow up appointment, after they had my money, the staff was very snooty, unhelpful, and seemed to look down on me, when I had questions or needed any help. I've been going to Silk Touch for several years now, undergoing a variety of different treatments. I'd guess I've had close to 30 appointments over that time, and every single time every member of their staff has been professional and caring. The facility is clean and upscale, and staff are well educated and well versed on the treatments they provide. The few times I have had a question that medical staff weren't sure about they didn't hesitate to bring Dr. Kerr in to consult, and when I have talked with him he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and completely upfront with me about whether a treatment would be beneficial (He gently cautioned me that a certain treatment I was interested in may only provide a 5-15% improvement in what I was looking for and said he wouldn't recommend it for me), and what side effects I could expect from a given procedure. read more
