Angel, oh Angel....you have saved me from my eyebrow rut. I was desperate to find someone who could make me fall in love with my eyebrows again after my old girl stopped waxing and her replacements weren't fitting the bill. I ventured out to see Angel who is in a old Naperville house converted into the home of a massage place and the waxing studio. I did love that I could book my appointment on line. I talk a lot on the phone for my job so anytime I can avoid this step it is always a plus for me. When I got there, Angel was very welcoming and asked a lot of questions about what I wanted. She got down to business and chatted me up while performing her magic on my face. It didn't take a long time, but not too short either. I loved my eyebrows the first day and now about a week after getting them done I still love them. Price is about right for the area. Great experience. I had only had my eyebrows done in the past so this was my first bikini and underarm wax. Angel was so awesome that I felt completely relaxed. She walked me through everything she was going to do before doing it & was very personable. It felt like hanging out with a friend. It was less painful than I thought it would be and in the end, she provided me with tips for after care and for minimizing any discomfort. It was awesome..did I already say that. I was in the area for a visit and needed a last minute wax - the staff here was able to accommodate me with just a few hours notice - amazing! Jamie was awesome & was very personable. Angel was very friendly. However, I got my eyebrows done and she was not very hygienic. Hygienic meaning she would double dip stick. This is a big no no for keeping things sterile to prevent cross contamination of the wax. After she finished, I noticed one eyebrow was not symmetrical to the other one. I told Angel, and she told me they are not suppose to look identical. Just wanted to make you aware before you decide to go. read more

Angel is literally an angel when it comes to waxing. I have moved all over the country, and every time I move, I'm sad that I have to find a new waxer, and then extremely disappointed when they don't live up to Angel. Whenever I go home to Naperville, I try to get in to see her, but she's so popular it's hard to get in. Do yourself a favor and don't go to the pricey salons and spas. Angel is fabulous! I have been going to her for years for waxing and I just started going to her for facials. Angel always makes you feel comfortable because she is so sweet and funny, I actually look forward to going every month. She fixed my eyebrows, which were a mess when I first started going to her. My eyebrows are perfect now! The facial was the best facial I have ever gotten and I have gotten a lot of them over the years. When Angel was done, I couldn't believe how great my skin looked. I regularly get brazilian waxes. However, I was flying out to Florida for two weeks in short notice and my usual place was booked. I saw a living social deal and purchased it at such a cheap price. The woman who preformed was wax made me feel incredibly insecure and was less than skilled. I broke out in two rashes from her leaving the wax on too long. It was the worst service I had ever experienced and upon leaving, I felt absolutely traumatized. I will never return there, EVERRR!!! read more
