It's pretty sad that the first contact you have are with these unfriendly faces. Some of the policies, I will assume that Dr Farr knows of, make no sense. Making an appointment is not fun - you get sent a text message and "request" an appointment. After several days, you still need to call the office, if you can get anyone to answer the phone to make the appointment. Send an email - no response. Communication is not very good. The care providers however are great, listen to concerns and spend more than a few minutes with you.

The front staff were efficient, nice, and friendly. We did not have long to wait--actually, barely finished the paperwork before they called us back. The doctor's nurse is SUPER. Friendly, attentive, and fun. Got all of the information in an organized way. Dr. Yamin is efficient, organized, yet warm and with good bed-side manners.
