I got a call from Jean two days later telling me that the driver "forgot" to charge me the fuel charge. I explained the arrangement and that we did not have the additional drop offs which is why the driver didn't charge me. She then contradicted herself first telling me they charge a fuel charge for all limo rentals, which actually given gas prices is not unreasonable, however that is not what I had been told. She then told me it was b/c I changed my destination froml boston to foxwoods. I asked what difference does a change in location make if you charge the fuel charge for all rentals. Jean couldn't explain that! This was not a big charge, but really not the point. Jean ws rude, told me I was argumentative, well when you are having a disagreement that is usually the case so I can't dispute that. I have never written a review but when Jean told me that she was going to take the fuel charge out of the drivers gratuity I had heard enough!
