Last month I was in Boston visiting friends. I haven't been back in a while, so I treated myself to a limo. Michael L. was my driver. I was very pleased with the service as far as driving and being on time. Great driver and navigated the busy roads of Boston well and knew lots of shortcuts around traffic. And Michael went above and beyond and told me about a great restaurant that my friends and I would enjoy. It was a great restaurant off the beaten path. This company is top notch! They were so easy to work with and extremely responsive to all my questions. The fact they have a showroom where you can go to check out the vehicles was a huge plus. Although, the videos and photos of the fleet are very well done too and very representative of the real thing. Sometimes you can look at photos and when the car arrives it's not exactly the same. This was not the case. We used their service for a trip to NYC. We took their Mercedes sprinter van down and back in the same day. The layout of the van was great and the ride was comfortable. What made the trip was our driver, Michael. He was so personable, friendly and accommodating. My family couldn't sing his praises enough. Nevermind the fact that he was extremely skilled at navigating such a large vehicle through the narrow and car packed streets of Brooklyn. If you want best in class, this is it! I booked Emerald Square limousine service about a month in advance for a trip to Logan airport from North Attleboro for 8 people. We were all picked up at one location and as I was turning onto the street our driver was there. I tend to be a little neurotic and called to confirm a couple of days in advance. It was totally unnecessary. These guys are great! Our driver was Jack. I was still a little worried that we would be stranded at the airport but again not necessary Mike was there when we landed and we were even. A half hour early. I will definitely be using his service on my next trip in September! read more

I hired a Mercedes sprinter limo for my wife's 50th birthday surprise. Drove eight of us to a show at Foxwoods Casino. Excellent service and nice driver. Everything about it was exactly as planned. Comfortable ride with lots of crazy or subtle lighting schemes inside the van. A bit challenging to figure out the air conditioning and music system inside the van. Our two drivers were friendly, impeccably dressed and arrived early for both pickups and they were in contact with me via text to let me know when they would arrive which was super helpful because I was able to let hem know that my flight into Logan was delayed. Additionally, the Cadillac Escalades that Emerald Square picked me and my family up in looked like they were fresh off the dealer lot and spotlessly clean inside and out. I imagine each of their other cars and SUVs are, too. I highly recommend Emerald Square Limo if you want a completely stress free, luxurious ride to the airport, or anywhere. When we met with John, the owner, to schedule the car service, he was very professional and courteous and I knew that we had made the right decision. He showed us the vehicles and they were immaculate. We reserved a Cadillac Escalade for the five girls going to Prom. We used this service this past weekend for a bachelorette party, and our driver was Bobby. I just wanted to take a little bit of time to let you know how great he was. As you can imagine, 14 partying girls is no easy task. Bobby chauffeured us around the City any place we wanted him to bring us. When he dropped us off somewhere, he never went far because when we summoned him back (even when it was just for a few girls to change from shoes to flip flops) he was there within minutes. As the night would down he made a special trip to drop a couple girls home early, and at the end of the night insisted that he would pick up all the trash in the bus, and carried the heavy cooler off for us.
