My husband told them that he wanted to windows to be were it can not be seen through the rear windows on both cars. The owner lady said that she can do that. We for one had to call to see if our cars were ready she said she was going to call us and never did. Then we get to pick up the cars and the civic windows were still were you can see through them and they had tiny bubbles in the tint. my husband went to speak to the women, he was told that the tint has to set and then it will get darker and the bubbles will work there way out. This was Tuesday March 19 th 2019 so by Thursday the tint still had not gotten any darker and bubbles were still there some went away but not all. My husband goes back to on March 22, 2019 and she says that the tint is what he asked for and it is legal for the state of Texas which is the state our cars are registered in. My husband was telling her that the laws she had off Google for Texas were wrong and this women argued him down telling him that is what he wanted and thats the only way the tint can be done for her info says that Texas allows. My husband called the Texas Department of Transportation and public safety in front of her, after showing her what there website said in Texas. After 2 hours of going back and forth with this women her being very disrespectful and unprofessional we talk to a representative from there and they tell her what we already showed her and told her that you are allowed to have 25 percent for front 2 windows and no restriction on the back windows she spoke to the women her self and tried her best for the women on the phone to agree with the published laws in her store which are wrong. After spending 2 hours arguing with the lady and her spending 1 hour arguing with the rep on the phone and this point we just wanted our money back so my husband said just take the tint off and give me my money back this women says No I cant do that because that what you asked for which it was not at all for both cars we paid 1245 she even changed the price on us the day we dropped the cars the told us that she would like the payment in cash or they will have to charge us 100 more If we paid with card. Over all the service sucked and that lady is a liar. She also told us that the tint has to sit for 2 weeks and it will get darker not true at all we went to every tint place from here to Savannah and not one business can validate that statement.

It's surrounded by nature and beauty. I used to have to close the blinds during the day to keep out some of the heat and wandering eyes looking in. Now I leave the blinds and curtains open all day, because minimal heat enters and as seen in pic #2, from outside you can't see in, you just see a reflection of what it outside. PROTECTION - Hoping I don't have to test this, but in my mind there won't be shattered glass everywhere during a hurricane, it'll be held together by the film which is way better than using tape (which is also a dead giveaway that you aren't home). COMFORT - There are no cold spots in my house anymore, just a constant ambient temperature without variations. I keep the thermostat lower - because of the consistent temperature I don't need to drop it a few degrees to cool a hot spot. STURDY - As you can see in pic #1, it's important my cats can perch all day, watching nature. They LOVE it. Because birds outside cannot see inside, only their reflection, they come very close to the window which thrills the cats. Me too, actually. I have never seen so many bluebirds. My initial worry was that the suction cups would pull at the film, and when I told Mike that, he just said, "Let's try it, if it doesn't work, I'll re-tint the window." WHAT?! Who says that kind of stuff? A true professional, that's who. Anyway, we tried, and NO DAMAGE from the cups. So, these windows are open to nature all day long, and the perches are used constantly. Sylvester, pictured, clocks in at 10 lbs., so it can take some weight. SAVINGS - This year's average temperature in Savannah for the month of May was 5° HIGHER per DAY. Times 31 days, it has been significantly hotter than normal, and definitely hotter than last year. With all that extra heat, my cooling bill only increased $8 for the same period compared to last year. And it's way more comfortable inside. Truth be told, all the windows weren't done in May either, so I bet it'll be less in the future. LESS SUN DAMAGE/CANCER EXPOSURE - There are spots in my house where the sun has bleached the hardwood, due to the exposure to the sun's rays. No more - the tint prevents the sun damage to my things and to my skin. I can't pick just one reason to get your house windows tinted, so provided a few.
