Southeast Collision has been consistently amazing over the past 15 years. With multiple children and cars, we've had our fair share of body work done. I won't take our vehicles anywhere else. The technicians do excellent work, and the owner, Linda, goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is excellent. My car was rear ended, and they did the repair work perfectly. They also buffed out some scratches near the front at no charge. In these days of no experienced workers and parts delays, SE Collision really came through AGAIN for me and my family. They had to see this one coming. Geico sent me here for the $4800+ body work I needed after being sideswiped headlight to tailgate. Body shop said 2 weeks to do the work. At the end of 4 weeks I absolutely had to have my truck back, as I was leaving the state the next day. They'd have needed 11 more days, to total 5.5 weeks to finish the job they said would be 2 weeks. So.., I got about 3/4 the work done, a completely different headlight than the other, and when they brought my truck out they said they'd had trouble with my battery. So by the time I got it home at 5pm, turned it off and tried starting it again, my battery was dead. Now, after 4 weeks of no vehicle, I still need body work. To start again I'll be at a loss from what Geico gave me to get the work done. Ridiculous. read more

Not sure where to start.. but Linda has been amazing! From start to finish I've never felt like I was in the dark, she kept me updated! That says alot about the owner of the business. She takes the time with her customers and goes over and beyond to help. Our car looks amazing! I know there seems to be some upset over how long vehicles are taking for the repairs- but as consumers we need to remember the shortage of parts etc is the real issue. Not the business! I was run into while backing out of a parking spot in Richmond Hill and reached out to a couple body shops. Southeast Collision got back to me the quickest, and also had the best price estimate up front. I got in the wreck Sunday, gave them my car Tuesday and got it back in perfect shape on Friday. The price I paid was exactly the estimate as well, as there were no up-charges. They even cleaned my car! All around incredible service and great customer service as well. read more
