Mathew completed my project to my satisfaction, on time and on budget as promised. He and his wife even offered to go pick up parts I had ordered ahead of my arrival in a nearby town they would be near the night before, to save me time. I accepted that offer and trusted a man I did not know. Matthew did not let me down, has he had my parts at his shop the next morning and was ready to get the job done, with a good attitude, despite blistering heat. He is friendly, honest and hard-working. I appreciate working with him, and hope to see him again.

My car was stolen in June and the thieves managed to do some serious damage to the exterior of the…read morecar. Wards was paid by my insurance company and they were supposed to have the car finished in a week or two. They had my car for 2 months! They had to send it to their Statesboro location because they were "too far behind" in their Savannah location. When I FINALLY got my car back, the repairs almost made it in WORSE condition. It has bubbles in the paint, the pillar on the drivers side windshield is falling off, the rolling headliner for my rear moonroof is sticking and wont retract all the way, the rear dome light is popping out, the outter lining around my drivers and rear drivers side passenger door is messed up, and the car will not even start. We replaced the battery, and the car will not recognize my key fob. We called Wards to see if we can get the car back in there so they can fix these errors and they stated they would "order the parts" and call us back to set an appointment. It has been 3 weeks since I have talked to them. At this point I am taking it to the dealership and having them fix my car THE RIGHT WAY, even if it costs me out of pocket. I refuse to do business with Wards again. I do NOT recommend ANYONE utilize their services unless you want to wait for months only to get piss poor quality.

Popped about 95% of it out at no charge in roughly 10 seconds. Scheduled service for the next day to pull out three remaining creases. 2 hours later I was on my way with no noticeable damage and about 85% cheaper than the quote from the first company! Very friendly, expeditious and clearly knowledgeable. Also has a very clean waiting room with a few chairs and a TV. I don't want to have to go again, but if I do have damage again, that's where I'm going....zero doubt.
