I would like to start off this review by thanking Earl and the CIK Motorsports team for doing a great job on doing the repair and paint on my car, they did a excellent job! I took my car to them after it had got dinged on the bumper over the past Thanksgiving Holiday ( got to love 2020!). I initially was going to go with another shop that was close to the house that works with my insurance company, however after a mishap of communication and the other shop not remembering that they scheduled me to come in, then when I did they said "we are sorry, but we don't have you scheduled today, could you please come back next month?" I decided to return back to CIK Motorsports for my repairs, and I am soooo glad I did! Not only did they fix everything in a timely manner and fashion, they also exceeded my expectations, which reminded me of why I have been going to there shop in the first place (I'm definitely a repeat customer). They are fair, honest, approachable, and humble, their workmanship speaks for itself if you happen to have any touch up issues they will take care of it for you too, all you have to do is ask, just a FYI. If you are reading this review and are asking if you should take your car to CIK Motorsports, my response is why are you Not???? I have taken my car to them a few times already for different reasons and they have helped me out every single time with no issues. I had a really negative experience here when they were located on DeRenne. I stopped in with my new car looking to have the windows tinted to Georgia state legal limit of 35%. They offered to go darker but I'm not looking to press my luck with LEO. Anyway, we talk it over and they offer a fair price. I am assured they guarantee their product for six months. For those unfamiliar, tinting windows is a fairly simple process and it's the bread and butter of these kinds of shops. They're uncomplicated and the process is usually done in under two hours. It's easy enough that people will come to you and tint your windows in your driveway or in your office parking lot. Anyway, I show up the next day to drop the car off and am told it will take 2-4 hours. Eight hours later, I have not received a phone call. I try to make contact by calling the shop number but nobody picks up. It is now nearing the time their website says they close so I head down there. An employee apologizes and says it's been more complicated than they'd hoped but would be finished in another half hour. I ask them to call me when it's complete while I run errands. TWO HOURS LATER I stop by, long done with my errands. They are not at all done and are closing up the shop. I complain about the lack of calls or phone pickup and they apologize but whatever, I'll pick it up tomorrow. You guessed it. Radio silence all the next day. I finally go to pick it up, again with no call to say it was ready, a full 30 hours after dropping it off. And it's no bueno. The tint is stretched and poorly worked on the rear window and there are small imperfections on two side windows as well. I am angry and not interested in paying for a shoddy tint job so I talk to the owner. He offers to cut the price in half IF I have to bring it back to be fixed, which I obviously will. I'm not happy about again having to leave my car with these guys but feel I have no choice. I am then charged the full price and told to drop it off in a week if the tint doesn't settle correctly. It doesn't and I drop the car off once again. ONCE AGAIN I receive radio silence from these people and have to call myself to confirm the job is finished. I go to pick it up and the tech has the rear window fixed but has taken it upon himself to redo the side windows and guess what? They're a wreck. Owner is now missing in action and unable to be reached in regards to a refund for half the cost of this botched job. I make attempts to connect for a few weeks but it's painfully obvious that I'm being dodged. I am left with a finished product that I have to take to a rival shop to be torn off and redone properly. TL;DR: If you're comfortable trusting your pride and joy to a shop that can't stand by it's product or promises or even complete a simple window tinting job, feel free to use these guys. My advice is STEER CLEAR! Or, you could just believe all these 5 star reviews from accounts with only one review. Weird how that works. read more

I would like to thank everyone that took part at CIK Motorsports for getting my car back on the road. I was rear ended, and the back of my car was in pretty bad shape. Its been awhile since my initial post concerning CIK. I pride myself with being forthcoming as can be deduced from my first comments. Since that time Earl has express a sincere interest in correcting all issues that left me less than satisfied. He stressed that he is aiming for a satisfied customer and he strived for just that. Earl personally supervised the correction of all issues with my vehicle and not only corrected the issues, but went further to improve aspects of my vehicle such as spray tinting my tail lights, removing a bumper scratch that occurred by a negligent driver and repainting entire panels to ensure a smooth seamless correct. Since the issue he has committed to improving quality assurance to ensure that no vehicle leaves his garage again if it is not to his standard. He is committed to putting a personal stake in every customers vehicle and making their concerns his own. He understands that his business is not just a car painting business, but a craft that solicits the trust of customers with one of the most personal possessions they own, their car. I just had my second truck painted by Earl and his guys. Once again I'm impressed with the outcome. Earl always works with you and is up front about things. Nine times out of 10 he will do a little something extra at no cost just because he loves to please customers. Every shop has bad days and i would hope that a few bad comments wont deter you from this shop. They learn from there mistakes and strive for show room quality work. Earl and his guys took great care and put in a lot of extra time and work on my 07 Mustang. The paint quality was superior , awe inspiring work that made me question if it was the same car I left with them. They brought my vision of how I wanted the custom work on my car to look. I can look at my car and be proud of it again. Even did a bang up job cleaning the interior of the car as well. DON'T GO CHEAP, DON'T DO LOW QUALITY. Thanks for posting the pics of my MAGNUM now I can point out where you messed up!!!!! First my car has chrome finders, there are no chrome finders on these pics cause they broke them. And then told me that the factory does not make them any more. But would refund me my money for them. Nope he did not ever REFUND my money for the finders. Also one pics shows the RADIATOR is RED,MOTOR as well. He is a LIAR he did not correct that problem either. Next pic please look AT all my 22' inch RIMS they all have over spray on them. Guess what ? I had to pay him another 25.00 per Rim to get the over spray off. Which he told me that he can polish them and make them shine. Mind you the rims were only 6 months old very polish and clean. I am a clean neat freak so you will never catch my car looking dirty. Thanks EARL for the pics.I forgot you had cheated out of the RIM money. Why should I have paid for your mistakes??? Also the pics does not show the over spray that was on the top and the hatch back. WHERE ARE THE PICS OF THE OVER SPRAY THAT HAD THE RUFF SPOTS ON MY CAR???? HE DID NOT POST ANY PICS OF THAT DID HE. We were referred to this company by a good friend in Charleston SC. We were told the art work done by this company was state of the art and he came highly recommended. We made 3 trips to Savannah to make sure an airbrush job was done correctly. The pictures via the internet and the printed ones were not perfect but you can always ask before you proceeded with the artwork. The White Lightning was to represent a ragged shack, on a cliff, a moonshiner, shot gun and storm in the outer areas. Well we received a perfect house, purple and orange background, no moonshiner but Bart Simpson. We asked if he would refund half and he said no but we have to repay him to fix it. This won't happen. We found an excellent artist here in Charleston and he asked questions through the entire process and made the painting perfect and he had the same pictures to go by as CIK. We run a paint business and if my customers are not happy then I redo or fix what they are not pleased with at no cost to them because I made the error. Lesson learned to not trust others referrals. "Earl treats EVERYONE as if he's painting his own mother's car." I am likely the pickiest consumer you will ever meet, and not a popular friend to businesses. This is because I'm extremely particular about what I'm paying for and the work I'm receiving. I took the truck into CIK on September 20th, 2016. Met Earl, the owner of this shop and was immediately impressed with his knowledge level of automotive paint and felt comfortable right away with doing business with him. First of all, he uses an industry-standardized tool to quote work to be performed and builds your estimate right in front of you. He listens to your budget and provides options based upon what you're wanting to spend. If you want a $6,000 paint job, he will perform it. If you want something more economical, he will go to work and do the best he can with what he's being provided by the customer. It's as simple and honest as that. Next, he explains everything he agrees to perform and provides a promised time of completion. His contact with you is minimal, because he's WORKING on your project. I would rather he do this, than spend time on the phone with me, breaking focus. However, he WILL communicate the hi-points with you, as each stage is completed, if you request it. Which is great! I never had any doubt that the job performance would be anything less than phenomenal, for a FRACTION of what the "other guys" wanted to charge for the same scope of work. I didn't have to sacrifice quality. Sometimes, it's the little guys who perform the best work, in lieu of shortcut-taking giants like MAACO, Wards, or Hernandez Collision, who only speak to dollars and not you. I would highly recommend CIK Motorsports, and endorse their work to a point I am rolling around with the CIK company window decal. read more
