I came with my Mom here to get some massages and it was amazing. This is truly a hidden gem. Tony and Ruby are true professionals and took care of us while targeting our areas of stress. This hands down was the best massage we have had in a long time. This will now be our go to from now on. The atmosphere was relaxing, the temperature of the massage beds were nice and warm and they both made sure to ask us throughout our massage if the pressure was ok. Parking is available in the underground garage and the stairs take you right on up. We will definitely be back!!

Came here for a couples combination massage not knowing what to expect. Booking an appointment was easy and the ladies are very nice. Space is clean, calming and there is free parking. Compared to other places in the area, they have decent prices. The massage was more painful than relaxing. My masseuse did get out my knots in my back but I felt like I was walking out bruised more than relaxed. I'm not sure if this is normal for all massages but I felt slightly violated at certain parts of the massage. I take it as an accident but she grazed the edge of my private area twice. At one point it felt like she was touching my behind area that shouldn't be touched. Again, I understand it's a massage and most likely an accident, it was just a really uncomfortable feeling. Two things I didn't like at all: 1. She gave me a facial massage, after touching my feet and other areas. I understand if it was part of the massage but I feel like that should be disclosed as an option. There is no slip, so my face was being dragged around. Tugging at dry skin causes wrinkles and does more harm than good. 2. She pressed REALLY hard into my pelvis that it STILL hurts even after 24 hours. Is that normal? She pressed directly on the sides of my private areas where my ovaries are. This hurt SO BAD. Is this normal for a thai massage? because I've never heard about this before. I had to tell her again that I didn't want that. (the above was not done to my bf, only me. We booked the same service and were in the same room but we seemed to have completely different services). Overall the massage was still nice as she got out all of my knots in the areas needed. She was also really attentive in terms of getting my hair in the way. I really REALLY wanted to like this place because the ladies are so nice and friendly. I just wished they explained or disclosed more about the process/steps. We should've been walked through each process and what points are going to be triggered. The pelvis area hurt so much, it's been 26hrs + since the massage and it STILL hurts. a woman's ovaries should not feel that type of direct pressure. It felt like the equivalent of a man being kicked down there. I'm really upset about this. This definitely should've been disclosed as it's a HIGHLY SENSITIVE AREA. We asked them the difference between each, but no additional info was provided, only that it's a combination between two massages. If I knew that a facial massage and a pelvic press was included I would have opted out of it.

I had a gift certificate for almost a year and I was waiting to go, and I finally was able to make my way over to Silverlake spa and it was a great experience. I do a lot of running and CrossFit for my muscles were really sore. My technician was very strong and experienced, and the bed was really warm. It was very pleasurable and really helped my muscles to release a lot of of the lactic acid. The location is a little difficult as it's on that triple corner of Virgil, Temple and Silverlake Boulevard but once you're in the plaza, there's free easy parking and there's other good businesses within the plaza. The spa is very serene. I definitely recommend.

I was waiting for my daughter to get out of her concert at the Wiltern so we thought it would be amazing to get massages. We found this hidden gem that happened to be open until 10pm. The sweetest couple ran the place. We got a couples a massage. The place is very small, but it was a great experience. They both asked us where the trouble spots were and worked really hard on getting our knots out. I'd totally go back if I'm in the area. Parking is limited but there is a parking garage down below. Just note: they do close the gates below at 9pm so we ended up parking in 30 min parking.

Private Massage Room - 60 min deep tissue massage

Had a great 60 min deep tissue massage with medium/hard pressure! The facility and room was very clean, and I left feeling 200% better than when I walked in. I booked through ClassPass & would definitely suggest if you're in the area.

Charged $55 this morning for canceling due to an emergency (I have an epileptic dog who was having seizures yesterday morning.)

I came here a few weeks ago because I hadn't been able to use my ClassPass credits the previous month and had quite a few to use up. The best way to use them is through wellness options and I really needed a massage. I booked a 120 minute deep tissue massage and it was amazing. I was really planning to start coming here every other week because their prices are amazing too! Unfortunately, I have an epileptic doggo and he started having seizures yesterday morning. I can't leave him for several hours after having one because he often times has them in clusters and he could really get hurt. I called around 9:45 the first time and the woman who answered told me she couldn't help me and that I would need to speak to the owner. I am also a business owner in the health and wellness field who also utilizes classpass for clients. I know how it works. I called a few more times later with no answer and finally got a hold of another woman again in the late afternoon. I explained what the situation was from earlier that day and she said she would call the owner and talk to him, she even took my name and number. Nothing. This morning I got the late charge from classpass. I would have been more than happy to reschedule this massage through the business and pay them the $140 directly for the massage and then continue to book regularly through classpass because I was truly having an emergency situation. As a business owner myself, when my clients call me like this, I am more than understanding because life happens. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way. I was even telling my clients about this place (even though I have an in-house massage therapist) because so often I have classpass clients in the same situation needing to use unused credits before they expire. Absolutely will not be doing that anymore and will find another place to use my credits.

My fiancé and I came here for an aromatherapy couples massage thanks to a deal I found on Groupon. From the moment I called to make an appointment one day in advance to the moment we left the spa, the customer service we received was kind and gentle. The space itself is calming and relaxing, and everything we received in the massage package was exactly what we needed. There is also free parking which is a plus. We will be back!

The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.

Admission is $40 on top of a fee for valet parking, which is the only choice for Wi Spa's parking lot. Since this spa is open 24 hours, this admission gives you the whole day to experience the spa's many rooms. The front desk service is no-frills and straightforward. I only had three hours to go through the rooms, but the spa is actually quite small. Most of the main spa rooms (co-ed) are on the same floor. There's a cold room and then ~3 hot rooms with various themes. In addition, these rooms were incredibly cozy, only allowing a few guests at a time. In the gendered areas, there's showers, jacuzzis, saunas, and lockers. There's a sleeping room, a restaurant, and a common area to lay out on the co-ed floor. The rooftop area is on the top floor. Wi Spa offers massages, body scrubs, and various spa services. However, the prices are on the higher side. There are also massage chairs, but these cost extra money and aren't included with admission. I did the body scrub, which you have to book in advance at the register, and it is quite painful but thorough. They do ask about washing your hair and scrubbing your face, but I opted out. You are given an envelope to tip for services (bring cash!). It was nice that they give you the scrubbing cloth at the end! Overall, the spa is a little cramped and in need of an update considering rising admission prices. It's a charming experience and similar to what I've seen at jimjilbangs in Korea. However, it's not necessarily a high-end experience, and the prices of the additional services are quite high.

But if you're getting a Thai massage your put on just a regular mattress. It's always bugged me because it defeats the purpose: I go in for a massage to work on my neck, but I tweak my neck by virtue of their set-up. Lots of much less expensive Thai massage places either have beds with a head holder or a pillow with a similar design. I really think Raven should do the same. There....bone to pick expressed! After a very thorough scrub and wash, you are massaged, and you also have your hair washed, and they do an anti-aging face mask. It was about $220, which is a little more expensive than I remember, but that's about an hour and forty-five minutes of service. A month in advance, I booked what I understood to be a reflexology foot massage for Father's Day. I'd been walking over 20,000 steps a day all week, my calves were sore, and I had been looking forward to having my feet worked on for weeks. The massage lasted 85 minutes. Throughout the treatment, I kept wondering when they were going to start working on my feet. They never did. Aside from minimal contact, my feet were essentially untouched. When the massage ended, I assumed I must have misunderstood what reflexology was. After the treatment, I went to the front desk and asked whether I could book a foot massage that same day because I still wanted one. The receptionist pointed to the reflexology treatment on the menu and said that was the foot massage. I told her I had just received that treatment and no one had touched my feet. That's when she informed me that she had accidentally marked me down for a shiatsu massage instead. I don't know how that happened. I booked online a month in advance. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. I had waited a month for this appointment, paid nearly $200, and spent 85 minutes receiving a completely different treatment than the one I specifically scheduled. What made it even more frustrating was that I also had a Pure Bliss treatment later that day, one of the spa's more expensive services. That treatment already included a back massage. I had intentionally planned the day around receiving both a full-body massage and a dedicated foot massage. Instead, because of this persons error, I essentially paid for two almost identical massages while the part of my body that actually needed attention received almost none. I asked whether there was any way the spa could make the situation right. I was told management would discuss it and let me know by the end of the day. When I checked back after my final treatment, I was informed that they would give me a 20% discount. The problem is that Olympic Spa already adds a mandatory 20% gratuity to treatments. So the "discount" amounted to removing the gratuity rather than reducing the price of the service itself. I still paid full price for a treatment I never requested and never intended to book. What disappointed me most wasn't the scheduling mistake. Mistakes happen. It was the way the mistake was handled after it was discovered. I never received the treatment I booked, the issue wasn't identified until after the service was complete, and the proposed solution felt more symbolic than meaningful. Sadly, this experience also reflects a broader decline I've noticed over the years. Olympic Spa has never quite been the same since COVID. I understand the challenges businesses have faced and I'm genuinely impressed that Olympic survived when so many others didn't. But longtime customers have watched prices climb while amenities have steadily disappeared. Day passes that once cost around $20 are now closer to $60. The waxing services are gone. The nail salon is gone. The kitchen is gone. Even the pricing on the website can feel misleading, with member pricing emphasized while the actual non-member cost is significantly higher. For years I happily overlooked those changes because I loved Olympic Spa. This experience changed that though. Father's Day can already be an emotional day for many people, especially those who've lost theirs. I had planned this visit weeks in advance as a day of relaxation and self-care, and instead I left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and taken advantage of. After more than a decade as a customer, I won't be returning.
