I called Kate 3 separate times over 3 weeks, in which each time she made promises she didn't keep. Claiming she would "call me by the end of the weekend" only for me to have to call myself on the following Wednesday to ask if my diamond was even ordered yet. It wasn't, and she claimed to she "just about to call me"... yeah right. Another time that I called to check if my diamond had been ordered yet (it hadn't of course) she confused me for another customer and seemed like she actually forgot about me and my situation. This was pretty disheartening especially after having such a pleasant conversation with her in person before this. All in all, I would not suggest going here unless you want to wait several weeks with no results.

I found his number on the front door and did as he asked, not noticing "by appointment only." Idk, put "by appointment only" on your marquee sign. As I finished texting him, he saw someone he knew walking by his shop. He unlocked and opened the door, speaking with her and ignoring me. It struck me as an odd first interaction, turning me off. I almost turned around and left, which would have been a better choice than to stay and ask a question. When they were finished chatting, he asked what I needed and told me to make it quick. I said I was looking for a gift, and he responded by telling me he had no inventory. ‍ ‍ It was such an odd experience.
