I'm located in Fort Collins and was in communication with Garrett to get some work done on my vehicle and told him I was in the area that DAY. He came up without hesitation and worked on my vehicle that day vs trying to make an appointment for later on! He did a great job with my interior and exterior and I will be using them again. They explained everything they did, were very communicative by text during the day and we're super nice. When I brought it into Royal, I figured it would be cleaned and look good enough to get a fair trade in price. What I got back was, in all seriousness, a brand new Jeep!! When i picked up the car they hadn't even wiped down the inside of the car. I asked him to do it and he did it using no elbow grease and didn't go over the inside again when I asked. I had to take the bottle and rag from him and do it myself. On the drive back to my daughter's apartment I found more and more that wasn't cleaned and lots of dust left behind. I paid almost $400 for a job I could have had done at a regular car wash and they would have done a better job. I would not recommend them and I would not take my car to this shop.
