I have been using that location through 3 ownerships over a 20 or more year peroid. The prior two owerships were excellent. The current one is lacking. I went there in June of 2024 to have my car serviced. When I went to pick up my car I parked the car I used to drive so that my wife could take the car serviced home in their lot for what would have been two minutes. Kile came out and told me I had to move my car so that they could get cars in and out of the shop so I had to park on the street more than a half block away. I pickuped up the car and no cars were moved in or out of the shop in that 2 minute period. Since then I have found another service provider that is much better and will be going there from now on. read more

Kylie is great - terrific customer service and fair pricing. Been bringing my vehicles there for 7 years dating back to previous ownership, and all of the mechanics have been extremely competent. However, the owner Malcom is an unmitigated jerk! I will obviously never bring another vehicle there. I recently questioned a price and rather than giving me a rational answer, he blew a gasket - refused to service my Lexus and hung up on me and lied to me about what the dealer would charge. Over the years with 3 vehicles I have spent nearly 10K. Never again will I set foot in that establishment. I think the owner needs to find another line of work in order to find a modicum of sanity in his life. Having a bad day is no excuse to abuse and threaten a customer. Needles to say I will have my vehicles serviced at the Lexus and Lincoln dealerships from now on. If I could give a negative rating [-5stars] I would. I will report this unfortunate incident to every available review site. Caveat Emptor to whomever enters that establishment again and needs to interact with the owner! read more

I made an appointment for 7:30AM to have my breaks checked. No repairs or maintenance required. The average break check takes about 30 minutes. It's now 4:00PM and I am still waiting for my car. The price is fair but the service time is lacking. I would say the value is not worth the extra time spent waiting. If you need some routine work done I would not recommend this place. read more

I came here to get an oil change and everything went pretty smoothly. I called a few days before I went to set up an appointment and when I arrived I was in and out within around 20 or so mins. The service was fast and friendly and they didnt try to high pressure sell me on other services. When going to this place, its in the middle of a very tight industrial complex with very narrow roads and very limited parking spots. I like how place is a full service garage and not just an oil change place. I would feel confident bringing my vehicle here for other services. read more

My car was having some brake issues and after asking some family, and googling the issue the consensus was the car had a Brake master cylinder issue, which is a pretty costly fix. I went onto Nextdoor and this shop had some excellent reviews. The issue was close, it ended up being the brake booster, which is much less expensive. I am very thankful for the quickness is this shop in finding this hard to find part, and for the very reasonable oil change also! I found my new auto repair shop! Thanks guys! read more

They replaced the engine in my F-250. They got it back when they said they would, for the price they quoted- and cared enough to provide free follow up diagnostic service and an oil change. They make it a point to know the names of their customers, and they have a great Mad Magazine collection in the waiting room! This is a great shop! read more

On a referral I took my car to A&C - they did an oil change, alignment and topped off my fluids and checked the car for a long drive ahead, for $117. They also, like none other were able to determine why my tire pressure light was on - 4 dead tire pressure censor light batteries out - replacement cost $80 each - so I opted out of that - but I like them and will go back! read more

This place was recommended by a local Facebook group I'm in as we needed service for our Hyundai Santa Fe and don't want to pay dealer prices. For an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter I paid $55 even and was in and out in 35 minutes. Without the air filter my total would have been $33. They have free wifi, so my daughter could keep herself entertained watching Netflix. Much better prices than the chains and dealers and good customer service. We'll be back! read more

I brought my sons car in to have the starter replaced. I was told that the car could be done on Wednesday after dropping it off on Sunday evening. I never received a call that the car was done so on Thursday morning I called and was told that my sons car hasn't even been looked at. Once again I was reassured that the car would be done by Friday, it was completed Friday night at 5:15. We went to pick up the car on Saturday and everything seemed fine. Two day's later my sons car started making a clunking noise whenever you would drive it. I had another mechanic look at it and the caliper bolts were never put back in the car. I do not recommend this place to anyone. After spending almost $800.00, they still couldn't do the job correctly or safely!!!! I've tried calling many times to talk with a manager and never seem to get anywhere! read more

So, having moved here from out of state, I needed to find a reliable mechanic to take of me in times of need. My dad was my resident mechanic until I packed up and left the west coast and driving out to CA for an oil change seemed excessive. So onto yelp I went. I found these guys by their rating (also their proximity to my dog park was a huge plus). They sure did not disappoint! I booked an appointment the day before for an oil change and a transmission flush. They quoted me $200 for both which is what I was expecting to pay for the flush alone. That was the first sign they weren't just after my pocketbook. While they did their thing (quoted about 2 hours for servicing) the dog and I headed to the park to pass the wait. They called a few minutes later to let me know my air filter was getting pretty dirty and could use a change but didn't want to do anything without my consent (another good sign in my book) and so I agreed. All in all, I was out the door for $240 and now have a new place to take my coche should it act up. read more

These are the kind of mechanics I've been searching for! They were honest and kept me in the loop the whole time, and worked with my budget. Took my jeep in for an issue with the motor shutting off while in use. Now it runs better than ever! Had them do a little tune up and basic maintainance as well. If you get a chance ask to get a look at some of the cars they have restored in the shop, really cool stuff, great work shows they arent just mechanics but seem to really love working on cars. Can not say enough good things about Malcolm and Bobby. I've been coming to these guys for a while and have always been more than happy with their service. They are honest and trustworthy which seems to be hard to find these days. I ended up having to replace my engine after it blew up on me (a known issue with this particular engine) and they really took good care of me. I ended up replacing the engine, radiator, and a whole new a.c. system for about the same price that other shops were quoting me for just the engine! Not only did they give me a great price but finished the job when they said they would. The car is running like new and I've put about 3k miles on it without an issue.I would recommend these guys to anyone for small or big issues. read more

Yesterday, I was told by a neighborhood shop that my car needed a new engine. Since I have a turbo the engine part alone was over $6000 plus labor. The car just hit 80,000 miles so I found this really hard to believe that this could potentially be the diagnosis. I was not prepared to buy a new car and I also didn't feel right about spending $8000 on a five-year-old car. I found A& C by their rating on yelp, I went in and Malcolm and his friendly and helpful staff were able to figure out that I only needed a water pump and some coolant in my radiator. The total bill was $331 and now my Mazda is back to zoom zoom once again. I highly recommend Malcolm and his team for their outstanding service and excellent diagnostic capabilities. They were also kind enough to drive me back to my office this morning which is 10 miles away at no charge and no questions asked. I highly recommend the shop to anyone who needs a minor or major repair. I was hoping they would offer their 68 Chevelle as a loaner while my car was in the shop but unfortunately that didn't happen maybe next time LOL read more
