Janice returned my call within an hour. I explained that I wanted to switch and was in need of a touch up. We scheduled an evening appointment after work. Janice's place is small and quaint. It has its own small parking lot in front. I arrived 15 minutes early and she was already. I brought in my idea of color match and she showed me four similar colors. I picked my favorite and we began. She has everything wrapped in plastic, a girl after this plastic queen's heart. She also waited until we were ready to begin to open all the sterilized item she needed. Exactly what I do in my office. I kicked back in her reclining table and we began. A little topical. I'm chemically sensitive, but have no issues with their products. Josie is really good with color matching. My first color treatment was similar to what I've done in the past, and I liked it, but on the next visit wanted something bolder.
