It was my first time at their plumb location, but glad I didn't have to wait long. There was only one lady working and she was taking care of another client. She greeted me and I sat down and waited for my turn. My eyebrows were a bit uneven, left one was thicker than the right. I've only had them over plucked and then I remembered why I only usually see Sita or wait for her on her days at two of the other locations. I don't want to bash on the lady that was here, but I'll let my brows grow back a bit and go back to my usual lady. Also, I was charged more than their posted price in the window.

I requested a brow lamination with brow shaping. I've had my brows laminated before and this time the result came out very different than any other lamination I've had before. She also helped give me some tips on what type of nails might suit my lifestyle since I've had issues with chipping in the past since I play a lot of sports. I purposely explained what I was doing, trying to obtain a shape and fullness . That's why they were so long and out of shape. Only to come out almost bald. Apparently she's only been there a month. Obviously needs more time and attention learning. Two stars for cleanliness of the building and one for the personality, but has now set me back to square one as well as will cost me a fortune.
