The variety and quality is great, the prices at Silver Stem consistently beat anyone else. And the staff is so amazing.

My motto is "Never say Never" and here I am at Silver Stem. I had to stop and get some balm before heading home. If you would have bet a million dollars just a few short years ago that I would never set foot in a dispensary, you would have lost your million dollars, and I would have too. I started having foot pain a few years ago whenever I would hike on long trails. My feet would swell and become very painful. Someone I work with had bought some lotion for pain, and said "Here, try this it's helped me." I was reluctant at first, but was in so much pain I decided to give it a try. Almost immediately the pain went away. I've since made it my trusted remedy for foot pain. I was in the area and decided to give Silver Stem a try on the brand that they carry. The young girl that helped me was super sweet and understanding and very helpful. They only had two brands for the pain balm. I ended up getting the one I usually get "Escape Artist", because the other brand they had "Mary's" I had tried and didn't like. I got a small discount because it was my birthday and one free pre-roll. *On a side note there is very tight security. I thought they over did it. It reminded me of going inside a jail. No photos allowed and only so many people can enter at a time. read more

I came in last night for the first time and didn't have any kind of a special experience. I was excited to hit a local CO dispo. There were no first time costumer offerings, or welcoming ins when I arrived. My budtender was overall very friendly, but not too knowledgeable, as she said she'd only been working a few days now. I ordered specifically from the overstock selection, as these were the best deals (the only other deal in the store was buy 3 carts get 1). I was planning to purchase one indica, and one sativa or hybrid. I had my options in mind after reviewing, before going up to the counter. As I was ordering, my budtender suggested and offered up the Orange Krush, as a hybrid. I was slightly confused because I thought I had read it as an indica before, but trusted the budtenders suggestion, as a I typically do. After getting home, I read the label as indica. Im deeply disappointed as I'm only in town for another week, and now I'm stuck with two indicas. I spent almost $80 total. I would think they would be eager to fix the situation when I called and explained the situation the next morning. When I called, I was told the manager said they would call me back after "reviewing the footage". I called early lunch time and received no callback all day. It's now been almost 24 hours. Why say you're going to callback if you weren't? Unnecessarily promising, just to disappoint a first time costumer again. At the very least I should've recieved a call back with an apology for the mix up, that wasn't my fault, even if they couldn't offer me anything else. Overall I would avoid this place. Bad management says a lot. My budtender ironically was the nicest part of my experience, despite her mistake. Mistakes happen, especially for new people on the job. The lack of accountability from management is gross and frankly rude. I hope they'll strive to do better if they see this! read more

As a medical cannabis user since 2008, I have found my caretaker! The service provided here on the medical side has IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY! The staff is super knowledgeable now and if they don't know, they'll look it up for you! They have top of the line products, so if you're looking for house shake prices go elsewhere... The value is well worth what you're paying as I've never received any bad products from the dispensary. This dispensary definitely listens to its valued customers and it shows. Service is always great! Selection is limited just about every time I visit, generally leading to no purchase or settling for a lesser quality strain. Value is good for the loyalty program, though prices are consistently rising making it financially impactful since usually the low priced option's are generally out of stock. It would be recommended to arrive earlier rather than later in the evening. I would recommend having more service members available for quicker traffic servicing. Perhaps having two registers running out the door with dedicated service members checking out, and two other service members greeting and gathering the next customer's order. With the online ordering service, there should be a separate register with a dedicated service member filling and checking out online orders. It can be time consuming waiting in line for other service members helping non-online orders (e.g. handling another customer's needs that can be time consuming and inconsiderate of other's time). They do have a nice Sunflower Discounted tier now which is nice, if they have stock left. Though I am disappointed when arriving home to realize its mostly small popcorn piece's with more stem than buds. I have received Sunflower tier where there was a decent amount of large buds making the few smaller buds with almost more stems than bud; worth it. I would love their Penny Ounce punch card to return again as that was a huge motivation to come back regularly. Overall, I will continue Silver Stem Fine Cannabis because of the location closest to me, and other dispensaries nearby have a run down establishment looking very ugly, poor quality strains for their price, and the lack of a loyalty program that can compare or be competitive to Silver Stem Fine Cannabis. read more

Terrible. The batteries don't work with the vape cartridges. The associates say they do multiple times when I bring it up. Either they are lying to me or they know and don't care. Waste of my money. Now everyone knows. The vape cartridges and vape batteries don't work together. read more

This location has gone to pre packaged flower and a rise in prices, for premium flower. The flower I bought was was priced at premium, but was hard and had to be cut with the scissors. The bud tender was friendly and knowledgeable. read more

AVOID! This shop should face legal trouble. This place straight up lied to make money. Had a punch card promotion where you buy 10 select strands and get a free ounce. I spent hundreds working towards this and when I went recently I was told, oh hey, we won't be fulfilling this. No warning, no expiration date, NOTHING to suggest they might not honor their part of the bargain and the only reason I had been going to this place. AVOID. Newly licensed and I placed sn online order. Uploaded the license and ID. I arrive, they apparently cant pull up the uploaded mmj license. I filled out their paperwork. Another woman comes in, same as me, got her license today as well. She starts filling out paperwork and was offered a $100 credit for her plant assignment. I wasnt? I asked the girl waiting on me and w 5 2as told The guy who started your paperwork went off duty so you will have to do that on your next visit." I asked if no one else could do it? She said "I didnt say that." When i was at the ATM, the other customer was given a 10% discount because it was taking so long. I was there first and longer??? The clerk also failed to add on the senior discount. Had to start over. I finally get to my car and get a phone call. Did the girl give me someone elses drivers license? Yes, she had. Went in looking for something mild as a very casual user. Guy helping me seemed to know what he was talking about. I asked for cbd strains with low thc and mentioned I get paranoid with higher concentration. His first recommendation was a flower with 25% Thc. I said that's too much so he pointed me to a 16% which he said was super low. I bought it and took one hit of what could fit on the fat end of a pen only to get SUPER high and paranoid! Exactly what I asked for not to happen. Seems like they are paid to push certain brands Don't go there if your new to the game. This place went to garbage about a year or so ago. All new people Zero reason to have your license here. You get literally robbed now. I use to love this place now it's so so SO Terrible. No one cares about your business anymore and they just stopped giving you your bonus every month it's just so so bad. I am disappointed. Long story short he took her name from her ID, requested to follow her on multiple social media platforms and attempted to message her. This is highly unprofessional and frankly messed up. I complained to the manager and he said it would be handled. Figuring it being a finished matter we went back. Lo and behold he was still working there. Luckily I was there with her so she didn't feel unsafe or worried, however I consider this to be very intruding and creepy to do as somebody in a customer service type role. I usually really like shopping at silver stem. Most of the time they'll show me the wax I'm considering and are generally pretty knowledgeable about it. Last time however was not great. The bud tender did not know which wax was sativa, and further did not let me see the sugar wax I settled on. I got home and the texture was not sugar waxy but I smoked it anyway - only to again be disappointed that I had bought an indica which never fails to give me heavy anxiety. Please, for the love of god, make sure your budtenders try harder. It's important. Also did not love how she kept alluding to getting me out of there fast so I could go "get high as fuck" That actually made me pretty uncomfortable and I felt rushed when I should not have.
