There's security gate is usually not working correctly or just left open, leading to cars actually being stolen at some points. There is a trash pickup service but they basically don't follow their own schedule, which leads to fees and piles of trash being neglected for long periods of time. This place is also expensive for what it is and what it offers, I never felt like I was paying an appropriate rate based on what I've seen others pay for their apartments

When I brought it to management's attention, I was dismissed. No explanation. No accountability. Just more threats. This isn't about "community standards." It's about selective enforcement, intimidation, and unprofessional management. I asked for policy clarification, ignored. I asked why others weren't held to the same rules, ignored again. So I filed complaints with HUD, the Texas Attorney General, and the BBB because someone needs to hold this place accountable. Then suddenly after being reported they sent out a vague, blanket email to all tenants on July 31 with "policy reminders." That wasn't about clarity. That was about covering themselves. You don't get to bully tenants, ignore serious concerns, and then act like you're doing the right thing once you're under pressure. That's not accountability that's damage control. Transparency is nowhere to be found. Try finding it in another complex that isn't under the RPM umbrella. Got a maintenance issue? They'll respond quickly, but mark it resolved and ask for feedback when nobody ever came to look at or address the issue. No follow-up to explain why they couldn't or didn't. Attached are pictures of the mold in the washing machine, AFTER having made a maintenance/cleaning request upon move-in which was supposedly filled. No less mold than before. Those hairs are also not mine. Certain "amenities" that are part of what you're charged $25/mo for, have been broken for a while and there doesn't seem to be any intention to fix them. The lease will basically say "we fix what we want, still gotta pay the fee". I've found myself looking through the lease agreement on a weekly basis both to see if I have any recourse (I never do) and to check that I won't be hit with some weird fee with no warning.

I received brand new black appliances with my unit which was not remodeled/ They also provide valet trash service, are big dog friendly, and have enforced dedicated parking. I am very happy with the service this place provides, Ashley, Aubree, and their new guy, Payton, go out of their way to address my concerns. In most cases I receive same day maintenance service. For example, I showed Ashley my recent electricity bill that had skyrocketed way above the normal. I suspected the a/c unit and just expected them diagnose it and fix it, but she immediately put in a maintenance request on replacing the whole unit. I am very surprised and grateful for such a supportive staff! I have even recommended a co-worker to this place and she liked it so much she moved in the next month!
