I made multiple attempts to call the manager, left her multiple messages, she never responded. Upon moving out, I cleaned the whole apartment and vacuum both the living room and all the bedrooms. The blind in the living room were in good shape. The assistant manager Alex informed me that my whole deposit of $250 will not be refunded to me because there were roaches all over the apartment, therefore, they charged my $150 to clean up the roaches, a utility bill from 2 years ago and the blinds were messed up. I asked Alex, "How is it my fault that there were roaches in the entire apartment, I moved out more than a month ago?? Alex was not able to answer my questions, she kept saying that she will email me pictures and the ledger showing the utility bills that I owe 2 years ago upon moving in. What Alex was telling me made no sense, so I called her out on her lies. She then stated, "Well I will send you pictures of the blinds that were messed up, the roaches all over the apartment as well as the 2 months' worth of bills from 2 years ago. I replied, how do I know the picture are from the apartment I was renting? Alex replied, "All I can do is sent you the email with the pictures". I moved out more than a month ago, I still have not received an email with the pictures of the roached in the apartment, the messed-up blinds and the ledger showing the two months' worth of utilities I still owed from 2 years ago. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR SPECIALS, THIS IS NOT a LUXURY APARTMENT, IT'S FULL OF ROACHES AND OTHER MAINTAINCE ISSUES. THEY LIED AND MADE-UP STUFF TO KEEP MY FULL DEPOSIT. I would give these apartments -5 stars if possible!!…read more WARNING: Avoid residing in unit 1302 as it is situated above one of the leasing agents, also known as Fatima. first and foremost I used to be a tenant at apt 1302 from nov 2023 - april 2024. the leasing agent ms fatima was the one who leased us our unit above her apt knowing we have a 2 year old and a 11 year old. the first day we moved ms fatima had the nerve to tell us to keep it down even though we are moving. as we get settled within the first two week we were getting disturbed by fatima and her boyfriend banging on their ceiling to alert us that we are being too loud. my spouse knocked on their door and attempted to let them know they can always text us or knock on our door to let us know we are being too loud rather than scaring my children with their constant banging on the ceiling. Even simply walking was a noise complaint for them. it got so bad that they started calling the courtesy officer to come to our home and flash their lights into our apt. the reviews from google shows that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and unfortunately corporate fails to hold them accountable. not to mention Clark finds it acceptable as a manager of an establishment to think it's ok to yell at their tenants. SPECIALLY WOMEN. This Mr Clark man had the audacity to yell at me because he had a problem with my dad parking next to my gargage to pick up my son. the fact that he think it's ok to yell at me infront if my child and my father it upright unprofessional and dispicable. I am a manager at an establishment myself and I could not phathom yelling at any customer or tenant in this scenario. we have reached out to cooperate but yet has failed to hold their employees accountable. these apartments have been a living hell for me and my family. The very next morning my car was gone, towed away like it was some kind of crime to be visiting your own family. I had to pay $325 to get it back. This feels like nothing short of a money-making scheme between the apartment and the towing company. They prey on residents and their guests instead of being reasonable. I even had my brother get an apartment here so we could live closer. I moved here in the Spring of 2023 but Summer 2023 a NEW property manager named Regina was brought in. She has been FANTASTIC and really enhanced the community! The Team: Regina has provided consistent updates on beautification efforts and repairs happening around the complex so we know what is going on at ALL times. She also started hosting fun resident events which helps bring everyone together and makes this feel more like home. I appreciate her auditing of the parking and storage facilities to make sure these amenities are being properly managed. Regina even gave me a personal tour of the various storage options so I could find the best unit for my needs - that level of customer service stands out! She was extremely sweet and informative. The maintenance team is dependable, pleasant, and very observant as they go about their duties. I've noticed if I ever see something amiss in the community, it is usually addressed by maintenance within a week without me needing to "report" it! Management is great about emailing tenants updates so we know issues are being taken care of. As for the leasing team, Imari and Andrew have both provided stellar service as well. Imari has come to my rescue many times when I'm trying to track down one of my many packages. She is always patient and even helped me setup my Amazon locker- truly a convenience! Andrew helped get me smoothly moved in initially and followed up on pet paperwork when I added my dog to make sure everything was in compliance. I observed him once taking note of a neighbor's dog that was continuously barking in the unit (for like 24hrs) - that issue was promptly resolved and I'm GRATEFUL he addressed it. Amenities: I enjoy the beautiful pool and HUGE grass lawn where I often play with my dog. The gym is always clean and the office has coffee for residents. I also appreciate how quick and easy it is to get to places like the nearby Walgreens, Kroger, AND especially Waterside Park- it has a giant lake (Figure 4 Lake) that you can walk around. Being able to walk or take a short drive to grab essentials or enjoy some lake views is really convenient which is great for maintaining quality of life. I see other reviews indicate they had issues with their car's being broken into. This has never happened to me, nor has it happened to either of my 5 family members who have parked here as a resident and/or guest. I enjoy living in a place that is so diligently maintained. I'd say I even feel good paying rent because I know all the staff PAY attention and truly do the work needed to care for the community. It really shows!! Thank you for all the work you do!

I've seen wasps, crickets, roaches and moths inside of the apartments even though they say they've used pest control. Another issue is the apartment was not at all cleaned when my friend arrived to move in. There are dead bugs and bug wings all in the bottom of the pantry, closets, windowsills, kitchen drawers and cabinets. Even a squashed roach between the cabinet drawer. If you can find a cleaner, nicer area please do. And sadly the residents leave their trash bags on the ground surrounding the trash can even when it's open and empty.

We got the keys around noon only to find that our apartment was still being prepped. The crew was had only just begun painting the countertops and steaming the carpet. Our movers were about 30 minutes out and our apartment wasn't move in ready. Fortunately, they were able to provide us with a couple blower fans to help dry out the carpet and paint. Despite that, we still had to move our furniture in over the wet carpet and were not able to start living there immediately. It's very fortunate that we had family in town that we were able to stay with. Our second major problem with this complex is that it is majorly infested with roaches. On day one, it was clear there was a cockroach infestation. There were even dead roach bodies all around the crew that was cleaning. These things run rampant in our building. We used baits and had the exterminators out to spray for them multiple times and they keep coming back. We've basically had to establish a routine of cleaning the kitchen after every meal and keeping all opened food items inside the fridge. The absolute worst part is that they took over our coffee maker, the whole thing was infested, and we had to toss it. Third major problem the complex has is parking. Although they issue parking stickers its not enforced. Anyone can park anywhere, and occasionally do, even overnight. If you live in one of the back or side buildings you have to make sure you're home in enough time so that you're not forced to park on the other side of the complex or worse, outside the gate. Sadly, what used to be the strongest at this complex is now one of its weakest features, the management. Previously, the team at the front office would respond to requests and issues rapidly and professionally. However, it seems like there has been a change in personnel. After being notified on the same day of a water leak, the water was shut down for the entire complex. By afternoon the water was still shut off and there were no updates from the front desk. The entire apartment complex spent the whole night without water and received no word from management until the following day when the city arrived to turn the water back on. I really do not recommend moving here, I could say that its cheap but really its just comparable to other places that will give you less hassle.
