Tommy DeSantis 1 review…read more a week ago New This place is a house of horrors. My sister was there and was not taken care of - very few nurses and aides were good, most of the staff was not. The doctors at this place cannot be real doctors. I asked a question to the doctor and she said "who knows?" My sister had a rash under her breast and they treated it with cream or powder. It was cancer! And the hospital said she had this a long time. Also, she had a seizure and was rushed to the hospital. At hospital, she was checked for seizure medicine and there was no trace in her. She was supposed to be on it all the time. Also, she was in so much pain and screaming in pain and they did not try to help her with the pain. She was on Tylenol?! She was eventually placed in Comfort End of Life and she was still screaming in pain. This is what they call Comfort?! Also one of the staff that came in her room told the family your sister asked for ice-cream and she said I left to see other patients when I came back she passed. I should have gotten her ice-cream. Why would you tell us this?! So many times my sister did not have her own clothes and so many times I saw mice/rat feces on the floor and on my sister's shoes. This place should be shut down and some staff should be locked up.

They never do and when I try and call them to ask about my brother they take about 30minutes to pick up a phone call even the security said I see them at the desk but they are not picking up let's keep trying till they pick up. This review is for Elmy Senior care at home services division…read more My 90-year-old mom was stuck in a nursing home in Manhattan in 2021 and we had trouble getting her out because she needed 24/7 at home care. Fortunately, a social worker there told us about Elmy. So, six months ago we were finally able to get her back to her apartment with Elmy providing 24-hour care (the aides work 12-hour shifts.) The women they have sent have all been very caring and respectful. Especially Annette and Aretha who we really consider like family now. They are extremely professional and many have worked in nursing homes so they know how to deal with dementia and other age related issues. I feel so fortunate that we found them and I can't recommend them enough.

Addressed all concerns and was able to guide me to a better lifestyle outside the office. My sessions were weekly, always on time and never for a second made me feel like I was just a client, I was treated with compassion and the cure was honest medicinal adjustments and moderate therapy.
