We were quoted $1000 for a 2mm 10k gold band, we chose to go with something thinner and then was told the thinner band would be $1000 and the 2mm band was actually $1400, despite us having a voicemail proving that was not the original quote. This was after numerous delays and inconsistencies including: -waiting 2 weeks just to get a quote -voicemails saying items would be ready a certain day only to come in and find out they were never ordered -asking for 10k gold and being given prices for 14k gold without knowing. We contacted the owner and they sort of apologized but also denied that any of things mentioned above happened despite us having proof based off voicemails they left. It was also implied I was only upset due to the stress of wedding planning since this was suppose to be my wedding band which felt super dismissive. We were offered either $50 off or our deposit of $300 back and chose to have our deposit refunded, which we did appreciate.

I fell in love with a beautiful one of a kind ring. The price tag was heavy. Over 25k, my person actually bought it for me. I could not ever express the joy I had. It was worn with so much love and pride that I can't express. Unfortunately we had a terrible brake up and he said I could sell it as I had no place to live and no job at the time. I went back to Golden Swan already heartbroken and asked to sell it back. The owner said all they could do was give me $1000 and the promise I could come back and rebuy it. I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point.
