I think they could have tried a bit harder with the showers. I noticed the shower was still quite dirty, and while she was demonstrating to me trying to show why she couldn't clean it more, there was clearly more gunk coming off. Other than that the biggest con was communication. They came over 3 hours after our original scheduled time, and basically left us hanging with no responses or updates via text beforehand. We understand a previous client was running over, but a heads up would have been nice. Otherwise they are decent cleaners, and you get reasonable value.
