His work ethic and the results were so good we just kept adding things! After the solid clean of all surfaces, we had him clean the upholstered couches and chairs, all the windows inside and out (including the screens), he did all the cabinetry in the house, then he pressure washed all the outdoor areas (concrete and decking) and got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Nick is detail oriented and fastidious, two great qualities for a cleaner. Our house was furnished, which certainly made the job more work for Nick, what with moving the furniture around etc, but he took it in stride. He seemed to really want to get the job done right. First and foremost the communication between this company's manager was clear and timely and I have no complaints there. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions beforehand in the most respectful manner. Communication along with the professionalism of the website are why I chose this company. There really were no issues until after the cleaning and I did my own inspection only to find that there were SO MANY spots missed and left dirty. Their policy states that their team can come back within 3 days and clean areas that were missed but there were so many and it just felt easier and faster to clean everything myself instead of trying to coordinate another day and time for them to come back and clean things that should've been cleaned the first time around. This was the most annoying part; after a 'deep clean', I spent more time doing my own deep clean. It just defeated the whole purpose of paying for this service. Anyway, I texted the manager the pictures and he offered a $50 discount. This whole experience was just so disappointing and I feel like I wasted money.

During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.

The two cleaning ladies did an excellent job restoring both bathrooms and cleaning the refrigerator. They made them look almost brand new, and I was genuinely impressed with their work in those areas. The reason I'm giving three stars is that I originally booked three hours of deep cleaning, but the job ended up taking a total of six hours. Since the service time doubled, I expected the entire apartment to be thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, some areas were missed, including the insides and lower exterior surfaces of the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen and living room walls and baseboards, and the front entry door. In addition, after walking around the apartment in clean socks, my socks turned black, suggesting that the floors were not mopped thoroughly. As a result, my husband and I spent another two hours cleaning the kitchen and living room ourselves. I contacted the manager and requested a refund equivalent to one hour of service. He agreed to refund 30 minutes, explaining that the bathrooms were exceptionally dirty and required much more time than expected. While I understand that the bathrooms took extra effort, I still believe that spending six hours cleaning a completely empty 1,044-square-foot apartment should have resulted in a more complete and professional deep cleaning.
