I ordered: 1) prawn tempura, which was very light and crispy. 2) red tuna tataki, which while billed as an appetizer came well after the tempura and my main dish arrived. 3) Chirashi, all the sashimi in the bowl was fresh but sliced very thin and didn't provide a lot of rice...probably the least substantial Chirashi I've ever ordered at a Japanese restaurant anywhere. Also, the service was uneven and in a lot of ways slow considering the restaurant wasn't full....they did have a steady stream of pick up or to go orders so I guess that's a reason in restaurants service wasn't a priority. While I left the restaurant not feeling hungry, I wasn't satisfied. When I return to Gibsons, I'll try the other Asian restaurants and hope they accept AMEX.
