By the time I wanted to get another lawyer, it was too late and ended up hoping for the best. She was always unprepared for court which was acknowledged by the commissioner a few times. At the end she made decisions without checking with me . She allowed the other side to turn in their version of the settlement agreement after confirming that she was working on it before the final court date and I was forced to sign the paperwork if I didn't want to have to start all over. She did not advocate for me and decided to drop me and force me to sign a substitution of attorney the day before our last day of court. Very irresponsible.
