After more than 15 minutes on hold a lady answered who did not give her name. My wife gave her name and date of birth and asked to make an appointment. The lady on the phone suddenly shifted to what can only be described as an attitude. WAS THE ORDER sent over?, and I am not exaggerating her tone. My wife proceeded to try and explain that she had a physical order because her Dr office could not get her in for 2 months. WELL i CANNOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT THE ORDER! came the voice with an attitude!. My wife asked nicely if she could call and have it sent over and the lady said NO YOU CAN NOT! At that point I asked to speak to the Lady on the phone and I asked her why she was being so cold and rude to my wife, which she did not like, and she replied that I was hollering at her and she hung up! I am not sure what was going on with this lady but I intend to inform my cardiology provider how their clients are being treated. Shame on this individual you are dealing with elderly sick people who have great difficulty as it is navigating the system. The last thing we need are uncaring buffoons without patience to help us when we need it. One day you will be old (and know this)...you reap what you sow. Get your acr together as a professional and leave the attitude at home! There are other places we can go...try and remember that, I bet your employer knows it! If you read your reviews, it sounds like scheduling is an ongoing problem....shame on how you represent Advanced imaging.

The reason for the negative review is that they have not sent the imaging to her neurologist who requested the images. Her appointment was on the 15th of May, it is now the 5th of June. ....When she called (3 different times), she was told they had sent the information....today, she was told they sent the information from them reading the images, which is NOT what the doctor ordered, he simply needed the images so he could read them .Today's phone call told her that she would get the images faster if she drove the 140 mile round trip, picked the images up, and delivered them to her doctor....please note, she is 76 years old, and 100 % disabled from profound spinal issues. Needless to say, we are not happy campers

His instructions were, "Don't breathe while you hear the loud noise." No indication as to when that noise would begin. He came across as very arrogant. Everything else was fine.

Their CT machine, and radiologist missed an 8mm kidney stone that I told them was there. I had a CT scan in the hospital a month before which showed it in my ureter. After not passing it, my urologist scheduled surgery but needed a CT scan to see its location. I went to Radiology Associates of Ocala, and they sent results to my urologist saying no stone was present. After another month of pain I ended back up in the hospital with kidney failure, needing immediate surgery for stone removal. The office manager Carrie, said they did nothing wrong and won't refund my money. This place either doesn't have experienced techs, or they have old, outdated or faulty machines. Imagine if this was someone with cancer. These tests should be accurate! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED and HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

Horrible service, clearly the administrative staff is overwhelmed so it makes me wonder about the…read moremedical staff. Entrance area is confusing, do you want the patients to wait on the social distancing decals on the floor or do you want people to walk up to the desk and use the kiosk to sign in? When people asked the woman at the desk, her response was not polite, very sharp almost to the point of nasty. After waiting my turn, a person copying all my identification, signing documents etc. they tell me they can not do the test today as you are waiting for prior authorization. So the travel to the facility was a waste of my time and transportation. The appointment was made over 3 weeks ago, they text yesterday to confirm the appointment, text documents to complete. I contacted my insurance company, despite the appointment being made over 3 weeks ago, the approval request was only submitted late wednesday afternoon. Thursday you text to confirm the appointment, friday you refuse service because you didn't file the request for prior approval in a timely manner. TERRIBLE SERVICE - there are other facilities available.

My father was taken by ambulance to the ER, the admission process fairly smooth, from entering to…read moregetting to his room, about 9 hours. Most of the nurses were extremely competent and caring. Thank you to all the staff & nurses who took care of my father so well. I thank the housekeping team, emergency room staff and the entire 5th floor team. Thank you and God bless each of you who directly and indirectly took care of him so well. The building itself is clean and professional, no issues I can see of.

Shift changes occurred and night shift is completely pushing him aside and disregarding that the doctor said he may shower at his pleasure. With a stern and judging voice, she told him to wait as she's busy with other things. I offered to wrap his arm myself and they ignored. We've been here for almost a week with no answers. After this experience, I have so much motivation to change my whole life career to go to nursing school and actually be there for people in time of need.
